Start with a practical early-game setup
A recent MobilesTalk guide recommends Threefold Strike as the basic attack and Sacred Judgment as the strong attack for an early setup. This is a suggested starting point, not a tested best-in-slot pairing. As you unlock more skills and gear, reassess whether your character can clear reliably and sustain its attacks without excessive downtime.

Your best next choice depends on your level, available gear, mana sustain, the enemies you face, and whether you are actively clearing or leaving the game to farm. Compare what happens in your own runs rather than following a guide’s skill list unchanged.

Build around one connected skill loop
An unofficial Hundred Hands guide proposes a dodge-oriented loop. Its aim is to connect fast basic attacks, dodge-triggered benefits, critical damage, and mana recovery rather than choosing each skill in isolation. The guide describes the interactions below; the game’s official Steam listing does not provide a Monk skill reference, so check their current behavior in-game.

- Furious Fist: the guide uses rapid basic attacks to build stacks and keep the attack loop moving.
- Dodge Chance and Formless: the proposed pairing uses dodges to support Formless’s critical-damage payoff.
- Zephyr’s Flow: the guide says it helps restore mana after dodges, supporting continued skill use.
- Mirror Steps: the guide describes added physical damage after dodging, linking avoidance to offense.
- Hundred Hands: the guide says this set boosts basic attacks and Furious Fist stacking, and lets Golden Palms operate without its usual mana burden. Treat that set interaction as guide-reported, not developer-confirmed.
This loop is most coherent when your gear also supports attacks, critical damage, and dodging. It is not a reason to ignore defense: the Hundred Hands guide warns that ground poison, lingering area effects, and other damage you cannot dodge still make health, resistance, and movement important.
Choose gear that supports the loop and keeps you alive
The Hundred Hands guide suggests the following affix directions. These are priorities from that guide, not a verified ranking of affix value; favor drops that strengthen your chosen setup without making survival unstable.

Use the list as a way to judge a drop, not as a rule that every listed affix is equally valuable. If an offensive upgrade makes unattended runs fail, the loss of stability may outweigh its damage upside.
Set broader progression priorities
A Destructoid guide lists Dexterity, Movement Speed, Max Health percentage, Critical Strike Chance, Critical Strike Damage, and Attack Speed among its Monk priorities. These cover several useful comparison categories: damage scaling, attack cadence, movement and clear time, and survival. The guide does not establish a universal point order or controlled weighting.

For account-wide Life Skills, that guide recommends Item Find, Gold Find, XP Gain, Revive Cooldown, and Carriage Unlocks. Consider these alongside direct combat upgrades if your goal is to improve item acquisition or reduce progression downtime; the recommendation is a guide’s priority list, not proof that each option pays off equally for every player.
Destructoid also publishes a level-by-level talent route spanning Agility, Flurry, Mirror Steps, Zephyr’s Flow, Fundamentals, Gathered Force, Vigor, Heavy Hands, Enhance Spirit Twin, Enhance Golden Palms, Exploit Weakness, and Formless. Because that is one guide’s route and no developer-authoritative Monk talent reference was identified, check its allocation against the options and balance in your current game rather than treating it as a fixed progression plan. Adjust the setup for active play or unattended farming
A setup that feels strong while you are watching may not be dependable when left alone. Before committing more resources, compare how it behaves in the mode you actually use:

- For unattended farming: prioritize a run that continues reliably. Watch for deaths, revives, interruptions, and stretches when the character cannot sustain its attacks.
- When the build stalls: if mana runs out, reconsider the skill loop or mana support; if unavoidable damage causes failures, trade some offense for health, resistance, damage reduction, or movement.
- After unlocking new options: compare the new skill or gear with what it would replace. Change one part at a time so you can tell whether the run has become more stable.
These checks are practical comparisons, not published performance benchmarks. The official Steam listing identifies Deskrawl as a PC idle ARPG whose progression includes equipment, heroes, minions, and abilities; it does not publish comparative Monk build results.
