Choose the P4 Pro for a larger display
At 6.8 inches, the realme gives you more screen area than the 6.31-inch vivo. That makes it the more natural pick if you prefer a large viewing area for video, reading, or other screen-focused use. The vivo’s smaller display is the compact alternative. The listed refresh rates are 144Hz for realme and 120Hz for vivo; those specifications alone do not establish which screen looks better in practice.

Choose the X300 FE for the higher-tier listed chipset
The vivo’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 is a higher chipset tier than the P4 Pro’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. This is a useful specification distinction if processing capability is a priority, but it does not by itself prove how either phone performs in every game, app, or sustained workload.
Choose the X300 FE if a dedicated telephoto camera matters
Vivo specifies three distinct rear cameras: a 50MP main camera with autofocus and optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP OIS telephoto camera, and an 8MP fixed-focus wide-angle camera. Realme promotes two 50MP cameras and 4K 60fps recording from the front and rear, but the cited realme information does not give a complete lens-by-lens configuration that can be matched to vivo’s. The specifications support a comparison of camera flexibility, not a claim that one phone takes better photographs.

Choose the P4 Pro for the higher stated battery capacity; the vivo for higher-rated charging
Realme lists a 7000mAh battery and 80W charging. Vivo lists a 6500mAh typical battery (6350mAh rated minimum) and 90W charging. Capacity and maximum charging ratings are specifications, not measured battery-life or charging-time results; they do not establish which phone lasts longer or how quickly it charges in a particular situation.
What is the price difference in India?
The available price snapshots show ₹28,999 for the realme P4 Pro on 91mobiles and ₹89,999 for the vivo X300 FE 12GB+256GB on vivo’s official India store. Subtracting those displayed figures gives ₹61,000, but that is not a confirmed price gap between equivalent configurations: the P4 Pro figure is a third-party listing, and the sources do not establish that both listings represent matching memory variants or current checkout prices.

Software support claims need confirmation
91mobiles lists three OS years and four security years for the P4 Pro, compared with five OS years and seven security years for the X300 FE. Those support-period figures were not independently confirmed on the cited manufacturer pages, so verify the commitment directly with realme or vivo before treating it as a purchase guarantee.

Vivo’s telephoto extender is a separate accessory
