Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteChoose by the resolution and mode the monitor uses at its highest refresh rate—not by the biggest number on the box. A 1000Hz display may run at Full HD, while a monitor that reaches 1000Hz only in a reduced-resolution mode may offer a sharper native setting at 500Hz or 600Hz. Match that tradeoff to your games, PC performance and preference for speed versus image detail.
What does the headline refresh rate actually mean?
Refresh rate is the number of times a display can update its image each second. But comparing 1000Hz with 240Hz or 360Hz is useful only when you know the resolution and operating mode associated with each figure. Some monitors provide their highest rate at their native resolution; others require switching to a lower-resolution mode.

Samsung says the Odyssey G6 G60H supports QHD up to 600Hz, while its 1,040Hz peak is available only in HD resolution. Check the current manual for the exact mode requirements before buying.
