Among the listings captured in October 2026, the HP EliteBook 650 G10 is the clearest option below ₹60,000 on paper: its listed configuration has a 15.6-inch touchscreen, Core i5-1335U, 8 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD for ₹57,490–₹57,990. But it is listed with DOS, not Windows. The Asus Chromebook CM3206DM4A-TR0119 is cheaper at ₹48,990, yet its listing is marked out of stock. Treat both prices and stock as leads to verify with a seller, not guaranteed checkout offers.
Touchscreen laptops listed under ₹60,000
The October 2026 listings show a short, mixed shortlist rather than a set of interchangeable recommendations. They include a Chromebook, an older convertible, and a business laptop with DOS. Check the exact model number, operating system, stock and final checkout price before buying.

Which of these is a 2-in-1 convertible?
A touchscreen lets you interact with the display by touch; it does not by itself mean the screen folds back into tablet or tent mode. The HP Pavilion x360 is presented as an x360 convertible, but confirm the exact model and hinge operation before purchase. For Lenovo’s IdeaPad Flex 5, Lenovo explicitly documents a 360-degree hinge and touchscreen, but the listed Smartprix price for model 82XX007KIN is ₹60,490—₹490 above this budget. It is not an under-₹60,000 pick at that price. Smartprix IdeaPad Flex 5 listing

Lenovo’s India pages describe Flex 5 configurations with a 14-inch touch display and a digital pen; the documented configurations differ in processor, memory and display resolution. One listed configuration has Ryzen 5 7530U, 16 GB soldered RAM, 512 GB SSD and a 14-inch WUXGA touch display. Check the precise SKU, price and whether the pen is bundled: features and included accessories should not be assumed across the whole Flex 5 family. If you need Windows applications
The EliteBook listing says DOS, so do not assume Windows is installed. Ask the seller what operating system ships on the exact unit and whether a Windows licence is included. If it is not, account for installation and licensing before comparing its apparent price with a Windows laptop.

If ChromeOS suits your work
The Asus Chromebook runs ChromeOS. Check that the applications and peripherals you rely on are supported, and verify that the 128 GB eMMC storage is adequate for your files and offline use. The listing’s out-of-stock status means you need a current seller confirmation before treating its price as actionable.
Check these details before paying
- Exact configuration: match the model number, processor, RAM, storage and display specification on the seller page to the listing you intend to buy.
- Touch and hinge: confirm touch input is specified; if you want tablet or tent use, verify that the exact machine has a 360-degree hinge.
- Pen: distinguish stylus support from a pen included in the box. Check compatibility and bundle contents for the precise SKU.
- Price and stock: confirm current availability, delivery location, final checkout price and seller terms. Listing prices alone do not establish current stock or warranty coverage.
- Display and memory: compare resolution and RAM capacity, including whether memory is soldered, where the manufacturer specifies it.
Models that do not qualify as confirmed under-budget choices
The Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 82XX007KIN is listed at ₹60,490, so it exceeds the cap unless a seller offers that exact configuration at ₹60,000 or less. The ASUS Vivobook S14 Flip TP5408 has a 14-inch 1920×1200 touch display and stylus support according to ASUS, but the specification page does not establish a qualifying Indian price. Neither should be presented as a confirmed buy under ₹60,000 without a current qualifying offer. ASUS Vivobook S14 Flip specifications
