Use the same products and shop structure when trying different demos. That makes it easier to judge how each starting design presents jewelry rather than being distracted by differences in sample content. Evaluate these four areas:

- Product imagery and detail: Check whether the layout gives your jewelry photographs enough room and whether shoppers can inspect useful product details.
- Categories and collections: Test whether shoppers can find the kinds of pieces or collections you sell without working through an unclear menu.

- Preview candidate designs. Open the demos for the catalog designs you are considering and note how products, collection entry points, and detail pages are arranged.
- Try your own content. Use your photos and realistic shop structure to assess whether the design communicates the pieces clearly and makes browsing understandable.
- Check on mobile. Inspect collection navigation, product images, and details on a small screen, not just on desktop.

Make the choice based on your shop, not a ranking
The useful question is not which name wins a universal jewelry-template contest, but which starting design makes your own pieces easy to see and your catalog easy to browse. Because 7.1 designs share a template system and can be customized, prioritize the demo that works best with your real content and required store workflow. If you are evaluating a 7.0 family such as Galapagos, keep its version-specific features separate from current 7.1 options.
