Choose a Find My wallet by checking three things in order: the exact model explicitly supports Apple Find My, it fits your iPhone and case, and its card capacity and form suit what you carry. MagSafe attachment alone does not mean a wallet can be tracked.
Confirm that the wallet supports Find My
MagSafe describes how an accessory attaches to an iPhone; it does not, by itself, establish Find My support. Apple says an iPhone Wallet with MagSafe must support Find My to be associated with an Apple Account and provide a last known location and detachment alerts. Check the exact product listing for an explicit Find My claim rather than relying on the words “MagSafe wallet.” Apple’s Find My setup guide explains the supported-wallet feature.

Apple’s MagSafe wallet category includes products such as the Native Union Active Wallet Magnetic Stand, but appearing in the category does not prove that a product supports Find My. Confirm the feature on the specific product’s current listing before treating it as a trackable wallet. Apple’s MagSafe wallet category is useful for browsing, not as proof that every item has tracking support.

Add a supported wallet to Find My
Apple says you can associate a supported wallet when you attach it for the first time and follow the on-screen Continue flow, or add it later through Find My. The setup guide’s steps are:

- Open the Find My app and choose Add.
- Select Add MagSafe Accessory.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setup.
If the wallet is still associated with someone else’s Apple Account, that person needs to remove the association before you can add it to yours. Apple’s guide notes that adding an iPhone Wallet with MagSafe to Find My can notify you if it detaches from your iPhone; it is not a substitute for checking which items you carry.
