The right fast charger for an iQOO device is the one that matches its exact model, regional variant, charging protocol and cable—not simply the adapter with the highest wattage printed on it. Check the phone or tablet’s official specification or manual first. If you want the advertised peak speed, use the official charger and cable identified for that model. A third-party USB-C charger with PPS can be suitable only when the device’s documentation explicitly lists PPS support.

There is no single iQOO fast-charging standard

iQOO sells devices with materially different charging limits. Depending on the model and market, an iQOO phone may be specified for 44W, 55W, 100W or 120W charging. Those figures are manufacturer-listed maxima, not a promise that every compatible adapter will deliver that power.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

The maximum can depend on the charger, cable, protocol, battery state, temperature, software and whether the screen or demanding services are running. iQOO’s specifications also say that charging power adjusts dynamically. A 120W adapter therefore does not automatically charge every iQOO phone at 120W, and a generic USB-C Power Delivery adapter may not provide an iQOO model’s fastest mode.

Start with the exact model and regional variant

Before buying a replacement or spare, identify the complete model name and the country or region in which it was sold. The same family can have different charging specifications or package contents in different markets. Use the product page, box label, Settings entry, or the device manual to confirm the model number, then consult the specification for that region.

UGREEN 3-Port 30W USB C Charger Block, GaN II Type C Fast Charging, Black
  • Faster & Cooler Choice: This UGREEN USB C Charger Block supports a max power transmission of 30W. Within 30 minutes, it can charge your iPhone 17 or Galaxy S26 to about 60%. Not only that, the Always-On Temperature Detection also ensures that it will not overheat during the fast charging process.
  • Spend Less, Charge More: This USB C Charger has 3 interfaces, including 2 USB C and 1 USB A interface, which ensures its wide compatibility and can be used with different devices. You can charge three of your devices at the same time. Just enjoy the convenience of multiple interfaces.
  • Real safety is safe inside and out: The charger features an upgraded GaN II chip, offering efficient heat dissipation and faster response to over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protection. Its housing is made of flame-retardant matte PC material, ensuring complete safety both inside and out for this compact charger.
  • Compact and lightweight: This charger easily fits into your bag or pocket, making it perfect for travel, office, or daily carry. Its small size doesn’t just save space — it also keeps your desk tidy, reduces clutter, and lets you charge multiple devices anywhere without hassle.
  • Multi-Protocol Charging: Supports PD, QC, and PPS fast-charging protocols. Tip: When using multiple ports simultaneously, single outputs up to 15W. For original Mag Safe accessories, use a single port.
  • Confirm the maximum charging power. Look for a number such as 44W, 55W, 100W or 120W and read the surrounding wording.
  • Check the named protocol. The specification may mention PPS, FlashCharge, a standard charger, or a required proprietary combination.
  • Read the accessory condition. “With the official charger and cable” is materially different from a phone’s bare charging capability.
  • Verify what came in your local box. Some regional packages include a charger while others may not; the official global comparison identifies accessory support model by model.

Do not transfer a phone’s specification to an iQOO tablet. The available product information does not establish one iQOO-wide tablet charging limit. For a tablet, use that exact model’s manual or official specification.

What current iQOO specifications actually list

The examples below show why charger selection must be model-specific. Each figure is the manufacturer’s stated maximum under the stated accessory or protocol conditions; it is not an independent speed test.

Device or listing Listed capability Condition or qualification
iQOO Z9x 5G, India listing (2025) 44W The product specification says the phone is equipped with a vivo standard charger supporting up to 44W.
iQOO Z11, India listing (2026) 44W The page defines 44W as maximum output with the official iQOO standard charger; actual power adjusts dynamically.
iQOO Z10 5G, current regional specification 55W 55W is listed with the included official standard charger and cable. The same page says a PPS charger can provide up to 55W.
iQOO 13, current product page 100W PPS; 120W FlashCharge These are separate listed capabilities. A generic PPS charger should not be assumed to reach the proprietary 120W FlashCharge maximum.
iQOO 11 product specification 120W The figure applies when paired with the original charger and cable; the specification says actual power varies dynamically.
Global comparison: iQOO 15 100W The global comparison lists 100W for this model and separately identifies charger support in its accessory table.
Global comparison: iQOO 13 120W FlashCharge This is the proprietary FlashCharge figure shown in the comparison, distinct from the 100W PPS capability listed on the product page.
Global comparison: iQOO 12 120W The comparison lists 120W; check the local specification and included-accessory table before purchasing a replacement.

The 2025 Z9x 5G and 2026 Z11 India figures illustrate that even two 44W listings can describe different accessory wording. The Z10 page is especially important because it explicitly documents PPS support, while the iQOO 13 page distinguishes 100W PPS from 120W FlashCharge.

Understand PPS, USB PD and FlashCharge

PPS is model-dependent

Programmable Power Supply, or PPS, lets a compatible charger vary voltage and current in fine steps rather than using only fixed USB Power Delivery levels. That can enable high-speed charging on models designed for it. It does not turn every iQOO phone into a PPS device, and it does not guarantee the highest wattage printed on the charger.

iQOO’s Z10 specification states: “When used with a charger that supports the PPS (Programmable Power Supply) protocol, the device supports up to 55W FlashCharge.” That sentence establishes PPS support for that listed Z10 variant and caps the documented result at 55W. It is not a universal claim about other iQOO models.

PD compatibility is not the same as fast-charge compatibility

A charger can advertise USB Power Delivery and still fail to deliver an iQOO phone’s fastest mode. The Z10 page cautions: “Fast charging may not be supported when using non-standard PD (Power Delivery) protocol devices.” Treat that as a model-specific manufacturer warning, not as proof that every standards-compliant PD charger is unsuitable. Check the exact iQOO specification before relying on PD alone.

FlashCharge and PPS figures must not be combined

The iQOO 13 product page lists both a 100W PPS protocol capability and 120W FlashCharge. Those numbers describe different charging paths. A third-party PPS adapter may be appropriate for the documented PPS mode, but reaching 120W FlashCharge generally requires the charger-and-cable combination specified by iQOO. Do not add the figures together or describe 100W PPS as equivalent to 120W FlashCharge.

Why the cable is part of the charger

High-power charging is negotiated through the complete chain: phone, adapter, cable and software. A lower-rated or incompatible cable can reduce the available mode even when the adapter has ample wattage. For a model whose specification names an official cable, use that cable when maximum speed matters.

The vivo manual’s safety instruction is direct: “To ensure charging safety, use the charger and USB cable compatible with your device.” This is particularly relevant when replacing a lost cable, buying a travel spare, or using a charger from another device.

Choose the charger by your priority

Your priority Best-supported choice What to verify
Highest advertised speed The exact official iQOO charger and cable for your model and region The specification’s stated wattage, charger wording and local package contents
One charger for several devices A reputable USB-C PPS charger, but only for an iQOO model whose documentation explicitly supports PPS PPS profile and the iQOO model’s supported PPS wattage; compatibility with your other devices
Replacement for a missing in-box adapter The same official standard charger class listed for the phone Regional voltage, connector, cable and whether the original package included the adapter
Travel or desk spare A compact charger matching the documented protocol and power ceiling Heat management, cable rating and whether reduced size compromises the required PPS or proprietary mode
iQOO tablet The charger specified for that exact tablet model Tablet manual or official page; do not use phone examples as a substitute

A practical buying checklist

  1. Write down the exact device identifier. Include the model name, storage or regional variant if shown, and country of purchase.
  2. Open the official specification or manual. Find the maximum charging power and any references to PPS, FlashCharge, USB PD, standard charger or original cable.
  3. Separate maximum power from protocol. Record both. “120W” alone does not tell you whether a third-party PPS adapter can achieve it.
  4. Check the cable requirement. If the page specifies an official cable, retain or replace it with the documented compatible type.
  5. Check the local box contents. A charger shown in a global comparison or another country’s package may not be included with your regional purchase.
  6. Choose official or third-party hardware deliberately. Select the official matching set for peak proprietary charging; select PPS hardware for cross-device convenience only after PPS support is confirmed.
  7. Keep the purchase within the device’s documented limit. A higher-wattage adapter is not automatically faster and does not override the phone’s charging controller.
  8. Test under normal conditions. Compare charging with the screen off and the phone cool, then check whether use, heat or a different cable changes the result.

What “up to” means in everyday use

Manufacturer maxima are normally reached only during a controlled portion of a charging session. As the battery fills, the device reduces power to control heat and protect battery longevity. Gaming, navigation, video recording, mobile data and a bright screen also consume part of the incoming power, so the battery may rise more slowly while the phone is in use.

For the iQOO 11 specification, the stated test conditions include a 1% starting battery, screen off, services and features turned off except voice calls, and both ambient and phone temperatures of 25°C ±1°C. Those conditions explain why a household measurement will not necessarily match the headline 120W figure. The specification’s dynamic-power qualification applies as well: the phone decides how much power to accept at each moment.

  • Battery percentage: peak input is more likely when the battery is very low; charging tapers as it approaches full.
  • Temperature: a warm phone or hot environment can trigger a lower charging rate.
  • Active use: the display and processor draw power that would otherwise refill the battery.
  • Connection quality: a loose plug, damaged cable or contaminated port can interrupt negotiation or reduce power.

Troubleshoot a charger that is not fast charging

The phone charges, but slowly

  1. Try the original or model-documented cable.
  2. Confirm that the adapter supports the protocol named by the phone’s specification, especially PPS where required.
  3. Check that the adapter is connected directly rather than through a low-power hub, extension or incompatible accessory.
  4. Let the phone cool, stop demanding apps and retry with the screen off.
  5. Inspect the USB-C port and cable for debris, bent contacts or visible damage; do not force a connector.

A third-party PD charger does not trigger fast charging

Do not assume the adapter is defective. Some iQOO models require a particular PPS profile or proprietary FlashCharge negotiation. Recheck the model’s official documentation. If PPS is not listed, buy the documented official charger rather than guessing from a generic PD label.

The phone reaches a lower wattage than the box number

Check the battery percentage, temperature and usage conditions first. A headline such as 55W or 120W is a maximum under specified conditions, not a constant draw throughout the session. If the phone remains unusually slow when cool, nearly idle and connected with the correct cable, compare against the charger and cable named in the manual.

The charger or cable becomes unusually hot

Disconnect it if there is a burning smell, deformation, exposed conductor or repeated interruption. Replace damaged hardware with a charger and cable documented as compatible. Keep charging equipment ventilated and avoid covering an adapter or charging a hot phone under bedding.

Safety and compatibility rules

  • Use a charger and USB cable documented as compatible with the device.
  • Match the regional electrical requirements and use an undamaged wall outlet.
  • Do not treat a larger wattage label as a reason to bypass the phone manufacturer’s protocol guidance.
  • Do not mix a proprietary high-speed mode with an unverified cable.
  • For tablets, follow the exact tablet manual; a phone charger example is not evidence of tablet compatibility.

The safest route to a claimed peak is the complete official combination listed for the exact model. A PPS charger can reduce the number of adapters you carry, but only when the iQOO documentation explicitly names PPS and states the supported power.
