Outdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down

A free scan shows the junk files, broken settings and background clutter dragging Windows down - then fixes them in one click.Free scan · Windows 10 & 11Start by measuring the usable space and checking where the station’s plug and cables will go. Then match its simultaneous power output and charging format to the devices you plan to use together. A high port count or large wattage number alone does not tell you whether a station will fit—or charge your laptop and phone as expected.
Will the charging station fit your nightstand or desk?
Measure the clear surface area where the station will sit, then compare it with the manufacturer’s listed width, depth, and height. Leave room for the power cable to bend, for plugs to occupy nearby outlets, and for access to objects such as a lamp, alarm clock, or drawer. A station’s body dimensions do not include the space its connected cables and plugs may need.

For example, Anker lists the A91C8 Nano Charging Station (7-in-1, 100W) at 4.76 × 2.86 × 2.09 inches. Its product listing specifies three AC outlets, three USB-C ports, and one USB-A port. These are manufacturer specifications, not an independent fit test; check the measurements against your own surface and outlet layout. Anker A91C8 specifications
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Measure the usable width and depth, not just the overall top of the furniture.
- Check height if the station will sit beneath a shelf or behind a monitor.
- Look at the plug position and cable direction in product photos or the manual.
- Account for outlets that may be covered by the station or its power adapter.
How many ports and how much power do you need?
List the devices you expect to charge at the same time, along with their connectors and power needs. Then check the manufacturer’s output table for the exact combination of ports you will use. A port’s maximum output when used alone may be reduced or divided when other ports are active.

Anker lists up to 100W from a USB-C port on the A91C8 when that port is used singly, but its table assigns different outputs for two, three, and four USB ports in use. If you plan to charge a laptop alongside a phone, use the simultaneous-use row that matches that combination rather than treating 100W as available to every device. A91C8 output specifications
Another example is Anker’s A1A05 Nano Charging Station (6-in-1, 150W, Compact). Its support page lists a 150W maximum total output, four USB-C and two USB-A ports, a maximum single USB-C output of 100W for designated ports, and dimensions of 149.5 × 67.5 × 22 mm. The listed maximum total and single-port figures describe different limits; they do not mean every port can provide its maximum simultaneously. Anker A1A05 specifications

Flat pad
A pad sits flat and suits simple drop-and-go charging. It may be a good choice if you do not need to see the phone screen while it charges. Belkin describes pads as a practical form for this use. Belkin wireless charging guidance
Upright stand
A stand keeps a phone visible while charging, which can be useful on a desk or bedside table. Confirm that the phone and its case align properly with the charging surface, especially if the product relies on magnetic positioning.
Three-in-one station
A 3-in-1 station combines charging positions for a phone, watch, and earbuds. Check that it supports the exact devices you own: the label “3-in-1” does not by itself establish compatibility with every watch or earbud model. Belkin guidance on wireless charger formats
Check wireless compatibility before comparing speed claims
Wireless charging depends on both the charger’s standard and the receiving device. A phone that lacks wireless charging will not charge on a wireless pad or stand, and magnetic alignment requires a compatible phone or case. Confirm the exact phone model, case setup, and supported charging standard before buying.
Belkin’s guidance distinguishes Qi and Qi2 behavior across device families and notes that the wireless standard—not whether the charger is a pad or stand—determines charging speed. Anker says its Prime Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1), model A25X7, supports up to 25W with Qi2.2 25W-enabled devices and recommends a USB-C adapter rated at 65W or higher for 25W charging and cooling. That is a conditional maximum, not a promise that every phone will charge at 25W. Anker A25X7 specifications
Check placement and operating guidance for the specific model
Read the model’s manual for placement instructions rather than assuming all stations behave alike. Anker’s A91C4 guide warns that the station’s bottom surface can become hot during prolonged charging and says its foot pads should sit firmly on the desk. This guidance applies to that model; consult the instructions for the station you are considering. Anker A91C4 guide
Quick Recap
A practical checklist before you buy
- Measure the clear surface and note nearby shelves, outlets, and objects.
- Compare those measurements with the station’s listed footprint, plug position, and cable direction.
- Write down which devices must charge together and which connector each uses.
- Check the full simultaneous-use output table, not only the biggest single-port or total-wattage figure.
- For wireless charging, verify the exact device, charging standard, case compatibility, and any required power adapter.
- Choose a pad, stand, or multi-device station based on whether you need screen visibility or several dedicated charging positions.
- Read the product’s placement and heat instructions for the specific model.
