PlayStation’s reviewed support instructions do not document a page where you can inspect a dated PSN sign-in history. If you’re concerned about an account or device, you can still end active sessions remotely: sign in to Account Management, open Security, and choose Sign Out on All Devices. This ends sessions; it does not deactivate consoles.
Can you view your PSN sign-in history?
The PlayStation support materials cited here explain how to sign out, but do not describe a user-facing login audit log showing dates, locations, IP addresses, or device names. That is a limit of the documented guidance—not proof that Sony does not retain sign-in data or that no interface could ever display it. See Sony’s sign-in and sign-out guidance.

If you see an unfamiliar sign-in ID, online ID, or password change, Sony directs you to its account recovery guidance. Do not rely on a supposed login-history screen to determine whether your account is safe.
Sign out of PSN on every device remotely
- Sign in to Account Management online.
- Select Security in the left sidebar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Sign Out on All Devices.
Sony documents this option for people who cannot physically access their console. It ends sessions across devices, but is separate from console deactivation.

| Action | What it does | Important limit or use |
|---|---|---|
| Sign Out on All Devices | Ends account sessions across devices. | Available in Account Management > Security; does not remove console activations. |
| Change your password | Protects account access; Sony says it signs out inaccessible consoles. | Useful when you cannot reach a console. See Sony’s console deactivation guidance. |
| Deactivate All Devices | Removes console activations associated with the account. | Deactivates all consoles, not one selected inaccessible console, and is available only once every six months. |
| Contact Support | Provides a recovery route when you cannot secure or access the account. | Use if you cannot change the sign-in method, recovery channels are unavailable, or unauthorized changes have occurred. |
Console activation matters for using purchases and certain sharing benefits. Sony’s cited support page lists activation limits by generation: one PS5, one PS4, two PS3 consoles, and three PS Vita/TV systems; it also says a PS5 and PS4 can both be activated at once. These limits are stated on Sony’s localized support page and may vary if its guidance changes.

If your console was stolen or you suspect account compromise
- Use Sign Out on All Devices to end sessions.
- Change your password if you can access the account.
- To remove console activations, go to Account Management > Device Management > PlayStation Consoles > Deactivate All Devices. Remember this affects all consoles and has a six-month limit.
- Consider removing payment methods to help prevent unwanted purchases.
- If you cannot change your sign-in method or access the account, contact PlayStation Support about a compromised account or unauthorized charges.
If you can still access your account but notice an unfamiliar sign-in ID, online ID, or password change, follow Sony’s recovery instructions. Sony describes recovery by email when you can access that email account, or passkey access from another device using the same verification method.

Protect your account going forward
- Enable a passkey or 2-step verification. Sony says 2-step verification can use an authenticator app or SMS. During setup, record the backup codes; each of the ten codes can be used once. If you lack your codes or access to the required phone or method, Sony directs you to Support. See Account & Security and 2-step verification troubleshooting.
- Sign out of shared devices. Sony recommends signing out when finished on a shared device, or signing out remotely. Be cautious about QR-code scams. Its security best practices also describe requiring a password at checkout to protect Store purchases; that option is not compatible with accounts using passkeys.
- Act promptly on suspicious activity. Contact Support if someone changed account details without your permission or you cannot use your recovery methods.
