To confirm a Hajj payment, check the official account or support channel that accepted it. For bookings made through Saudi Arabia’s domestic Nusuk Hajj platform, start with your dashboard and digital wallet transaction history, then check reservation status in the app. Those records serve different purposes: a wallet entry can show a wallet transaction, while reservation status shows the booking. Nusuk’s published guidance describes an SMS after booking is completed and the full amount is paid; it does not promise a separate confirmation for every instalment.
Start with the platform that took your Hajj payment
Hajj bookings are not all handled through one portal. The steps below describe services for Saudi domestic Hajj bookings through Nusuk and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah systems. If you booked or paid through a national ministry, travel operator, or another provider, use that provider’s account and support channel first; Saudi Nusuk screens may not apply.

Check your Nusuk wallet history for a payment record
- Sign in to the official Nusuk Hajj account used for your booking and open the pilgrim dashboard. Nusuk describes the dashboard as showing information such as wallet balance, Hajj dates, package preference, and notifications: Nusuk Hajj platform.
- Open the digital wallet and review its transaction history. Nusuk says the wallet supports multiple top-up channels, including credit card, SADAD, MADA, and cash, and lets pilgrims view wallet transactions: Nusuk digital wallet service.
- Compare any matching entry with your bank or payment-provider confirmation: check the amount, date, and payment reference. Keep both records. The Nusuk service description does not publish a processing window or a universal status label for an instalment, so do not assume a payment has failed solely because a particular label or timing is absent.
A wallet balance and a wallet transaction history are useful account checks, but the service description does not say that every possible payment route will appear there. If the record is missing, retain your payment provider’s confirmation and contact the party that accepted the payment.

Check reservation status and the SMS confirmation
Nusuk’s Hajj journey guidance says applicants receive an immediate SMS after completing a booking and paying its full value, and can also check through reservation inquiry in the Nusuk app. The guidance is about completed booking and full payment, not a distinct confirmation message for each partial instalment. Check the mobile number registered to the account and open the app’s reservation inquiry. If you paid an instalment but have not yet completed full payment, the absence of that full-payment SMS alone does not establish whether the instalment reached the recipient; use the wallet history or ask the payment recipient to trace it.
Use the Ministry transaction inquiry for Ministry-recorded transactions
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s “Inquire About Transaction” service checks transactions recorded in Ministry systems. It is not a universal Hajj instalment tracker. The Ministry service guide says to provide the transaction number and the mobile number of the person who submitted it: Ministry transaction inquiry service guide.

- Go to the Ministry website’s e-services and select “Inquire About Transaction.” The National Platform says sign-in and completion of the requested information are required: National Platform service listing.
- Enter the transaction number and the submitting person’s mobile number as requested, then review the result.
- If the transaction is not found or the result does not resolve the payment question, contact the Ministry using 9200028140 or [email protected], the contact details listed by the National Platform.
The National Platform lists the inquiry as immediate and free. That describes the service listing, not a guaranteed time for a payment to appear in the records.

Know what other Hajj records do—and do not—confirm

If your Hajj payment is not showing
- Save the bank, card, SADAD, or other payment-channel confirmation, including its reference number and date.
- Check that you are signed in to the same account and looking at the service associated with the booking and payment.
- For a Ministry-recorded transaction, use the Ministry inquiry with the transaction number and submitter’s mobile number. For a payment made to another authority or provider, ask that payee to trace it using your receipt or reference.
- Use permit status to check a permit booking, not to prove payment settlement. Treat an itinerary invoice as supporting account documentation, not proof that a specific instalment was received.
