Sign in to the Amazon account you used to claim the reward, then open Prime Gaming and go to My Collection. Amazon says this is where you can check collected-content history, claim codes and delivery status. Expiration dates are offer-specific: Amazon’s public guidance does not establish one universal expiry field or rule for every Prime Gaming reward, so check the individual offer terms and the destination platform’s redemption instructions.
Check your Prime Gaming claim history in My Collection
- Sign in to the Amazon account you used when you claimed the reward.
- Open Prime Gaming and use your profile or menu to select My Collection.
- Find the game or offer. Review its history and delivery status, then open the entry to see any available claim code or destination information.
Amazon describes My Collection as the place to check the order history, claim codes and delivery status of collected content. Its help page also says the page can show the destination for each claimed game or offer: Amazon Help: What is My Collection? Amazon’s overview of Prime Gaming likewise points members to My Collection for previous game history, codes and delivery status: About Amazon: Prime Gaming.

Find a claimed PC game in the app
- Open the Amazon Games app and sign in to the account associated with the claim.
- Select Library, then look under Ready to Install.
If the game does not appear, Amazon advises closing and reopening the app, then checking again. The Library is useful for install status; it is not documented as a complete history or expiry-date report.
How to check when a reward expires
First identify how the reward is redeemed: it may use a code, attach to a game account, or be a PC game in the Amazon Games app. Then open that specific offer and review its campaign terms, any code information, and the destination platform’s redemption instructions. Look for separate deadlines to claim the offer and to redeem a code; one deadline should not be assumed to cover the other.

A claim date records when an event happened; it does not, by itself, tell you when access or a code expires. Amazon’s data portability documentation describes an eventDate for digital software and video-game entitlement records, and a redemptionExpirationDate for certain digital software subscription records. It does not say that every Prime Gaming promotional reward appears in those records, so a data export should not be treated as a complete claim or expiry report: Amazon Data Portability.
Amazon’s official Prime Gaming help material documents collection history, codes, delivery status and destination information, but does not confirm that every reward displays an expiration date in My Collection. If no deadline is shown there, consult the offer’s terms and the redemption instructions for the platform that receives the reward.

If a reward is pending, undelivered or missing
My Collection shows Pending or Undelivered
Open the delivery-status troubleshooting topic in Amazon’s Prime Gaming support index and follow its steps. In particular, confirm that you are accessing the content through the game account linked to Amazon: Prime Gaming support.

A claimed PC game is missing from the Amazon Games app
Close and reopen the app, then check Library again. If the offer was delivered to another account or platform, use the destination details in My Collection rather than expecting it to appear in the Amazon Games app.
