To see the benefits attached to your own Google AI Plus subscription, sign in to the Google Account that pays for it, open Google One, and choose Benefits. Select View details on any item to inspect or claim it, or open View history to see benefits you have already redeemed. For the complete plan-level inventory, go to Manage membership → Change membership plan → See all benefits.
The list you see is more authoritative than a generic feature list because Google changes eligibility by storage tier, billing location, family role, age, device, trial status and usage limits. The instructions below cover the web and iPhone/iPad paths, explain what the 400 GB and 2 TB tiers contain, and show what to check when Gemini, Flow or Colab is missing.

- Attention-grabbing design meets the latest evolution of the Google Pixel Camera on the new Google Pixel 11 Pro XL; Gemini Intelligence helps manage details so you can live in the moment[1]; and the phone is available in two sizes
- Unlocked Android phone gives you the flexibility to change carriers and choose your own data plan: Works with Google Fi, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and other major carriers[2]
- Stay informed without looking at your screen: When your phone is face down, Pixel HiLight gently alerts you with subtle glowing lights when your favorite contacts are calling or you’re talking with Gemini; exclusive to Google Pixel 11 Pro phones
- Magic Capture catches the moment as you live it: With just one tap, Pixel 11 Pro captures video and photos, and automatically edits, crops, and unblurs a curated collection, ready to share – and you get the memory of how it felt to be in the moment
- Two new cameras for more brilliant photos: A larger telephoto sensor captures 30% more light for clear, beautiful photos and videos, even in the dark[3]; Pixel’s longest zoom ever helps you capture details from impressive distances[4]
What the status labels mean
- View details: opens the benefit’s description, requirements and claim or launch option.
- Redeemed on [date]: records that the one-time or claimable benefit has already been used on that date.
- All caught up: means Google currently has no additional unclaimed items for that account.
Check benefits in the Google One app on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Google One app and confirm that you are using the Google Account tied to the membership.
- Tap Benefits.
- Swipe through the benefit cards and tap View Details for an item.
- Tap Benefits history to review previously claimed benefits.
The mobile list and the web list should reflect the same membership, although a feature may still be unavailable on a particular device or in a particular country. When the app and browser appear different, check the account profile in both places and then use the Benefits page for the paying account as the deciding view.
What Google AI Plus currently includes
Google’s current Google One benefits information lists the following core areas. Availability and limits shown in your account can be narrower than the broad category name.
| Benefit | What it provides | Important eligibility or limit |
|---|---|---|
| Gemini app | Access to Google’s Gemini application and the AI features enabled for your membership. | Models, languages, usage caps and individual tools can vary by country and can change over time. |
| Gemini in Gmail | AI assistance inside Gmail for supported accounts and workflows. | Availability depends on account, region and the Gmail experience being used. |
| Google Colab | Cloud notebook computing access, with 50 compute units (CCUs) for eligible AI Plus members. | Web-only; for users age 18 or older; available to Google One family-plan managers; not available to Google One trial memberships. |
| Google Flow | A creative studio with text-to-video, ingredients-to-video, frames-to-video, text-to-image and image-to-image modes. | Use is governed by Google AI credits and feature availability. Credit costs and access can vary. |
| Google Flow Music | The AI Plus Starter plan includes music-generation tools and the service’s core features. | Includes 3,000 monthly Flow Music credits (about 600 songs), top-up credits, eight concurrent generations and commercial-use rights. Flow Music credits are separate from Google AI credits. |
| Google Photos generative AI | Features such as Photo to video and Remix. | Currently available in the United States on Android, iPhone and iPad for users who meet the applicable age requirement. Daily limits depend on the Google One plan; each family member receives their own daily limits. |
| Google TV Create Hub | AI creation tools in the Create Hub experience on compatible Google TV devices. | United States only, age 18 or older, and requires a Gemini-enabled TCL Google TV. |
| Gemini Notebook | Notebook-based research and creation with higher AI Plus limits for Audio Overviews, Flashcards, Infographics, Q&A, Quizzes, Reports, Slides and Video Overviews. | Up to 100 sources per notebook under the AI Plus allowance. |
| Playground | Google’s experimental AI creation area. | United States only and age 18 or older. |
| Storage | Either 400 GB or 2 TB, depending on the membership tier selected. | The storage amount is shared across eligible Google services and determines which additional plan benefits appear. |
How Flow’s credits affect what you can use
Flow combines several generation modes in one studio, but access is not unlimited. The Google AI credit balance and the availability of individual modes determine how many generations you can make. A mode can appear in the benefits list while being unavailable temporarily, restricted in your country or subject to a credit charge. Check the in-product credit display before starting a large batch of generations.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesHow Flow Music’s allowance differs
The AI Plus Starter allowance is 3,000 Flow Music credits per month, described by Google as approximately 600 songs. The estimate is not a guarantee of a fixed song count because generation costs can differ. You can buy top-up credits, run up to eight generations concurrently and use the included core features with commercial-use rights. These credits do not draw from the separate Google AI credit balance used by other services.

What the Gemini Notebook limit covers
AI Plus raises limits for eight Notebook functions: Audio Overviews, Flashcards, Infographics, Q&A, Quizzes, Reports, Slides and Video Overviews. A notebook can contain up to 100 sources under this allowance. The number is a per-notebook source limit, not a promise that every source type or every output format is available in every country.
Tell whether you have the 400 GB or 2 TB tier
The membership-management screen is the clearest place to identify your storage tier. In Google One, open Manage membership and look for the current plan name and storage amount. You can then choose Change membership plan and See all benefits to compare the plan-level inventory before committing to a change.
| Plan level | Storage | Included benefits and additions |
|---|---|---|
| Google AI Plus 400 GB | 400 GB | Core AI Plus benefits listed in the Benefits dashboard, including Gemini, eligible Gmail features, Colab access for qualifying members, Flow, Flow Music, supported Google Photos AI features, Gemini Notebook, and any country- or device-specific offerings shown for your account. |
| Google AI Plus 2 TB | 2 TB | Everything in the 400 GB tier, plus longer Google Meet calls, noise cancellation, conversation recording, Google Calendar appointment scheduling and automatic reminders, and 10% back on some Google Store purchases. |
The 10% Google Store benefit is limited to purchases in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. It is not a worldwide rebate and does not mean that every product or transaction qualifies; the terms displayed in your membership account control.

Use the extra 2 TB benefits as a diagnostic clue
If Meet’s longer-call option, noise cancellation, conversation recording, Calendar appointment scheduling or automatic reminders are absent, first verify that the account is on the 2 TB tier rather than the 400 GB tier. If the tier is correct, check the country and service-specific eligibility shown in Benefits, since the 10% Store return has a narrower geographic scope than the storage plan itself.

Why a benefit may be missing
A missing card does not necessarily mean that billing failed. Google applies several independent gates to AI Plus benefits.
1. The feature belongs to the other storage tier
Some additions are exclusive to 2 TB. Compare the plan name and storage amount in Manage membership before troubleshooting an individual feature. The 2 TB-only additions are the Meet, Calendar and qualifying Google Store perks described above.
2. Your billing location is not eligible
Google states that eligibility changes with the membership’s billing location. Country-specific examples include Google Photos Photo to video and Remix, Google TV Create Hub, Playground and the Google Store return. A feature can therefore be listed in general Google documentation but not appear for an account billed elsewhere.
3. Your family role is different from the plan manager’s
Google AI Plus membership benefits can be shared with a Google family group, but not every benefit has identical sharing rules. Some claims are limited to the plan manager or to one person per family plan. Colab’s AI Plus benefit is specifically described for family-plan managers, while storage and some AI features can be shared. A family member who cannot claim a particular item may still have access to shared storage or a separate personal allowance for another feature.
4. Age or device requirements are not met
Colab, Google TV Create Hub, Playground and Google Photos generative features have age, device or platform conditions. Colab requires an eligible user age 18 or older and web access. Create Hub requires a Gemini-enabled TCL Google TV and is limited to the United States. Playground requires age 18 or older and is also United States only. Photos Photo to video and Remix require a supported Android, iPhone or iPad and the applicable age eligibility.
5. You are using a Google One trial
Google Colab is unavailable to Google One trial memberships. If Colab is the only missing item and the account is still in a trial period, the absence is expected rather than an activation error.
6. A usage, credit, language or availability limit applies
Generative AI services can enforce daily limits, credit balances, language restrictions and country availability. Limits can also change as Google adjusts a feature. A benefit may remain visible while its daily allowance is exhausted or while a particular mode is unavailable. Review the item’s View details panel and the service’s own usage indicator.
7. The wrong Google Account is open
Google One benefits belong to the account that holds the membership. If the Benefits page is empty or shows only a different storage plan, switch to the account that receives the Google One charge and repeat the check. This is especially important when several personal and work accounts are signed in to the same browser or phone.

How family sharing works
Google says that Google AI Plus membership benefits can be shared with a Google family group. Sharing does not make every feature identical for every person.
- Storage: shared storage can be used by family members according to Google One family-group rules.
- Feature eligibility: some AI benefits are available to family members, while others are restricted to the plan manager or to one claimant.
- Colab: the listed AI Plus Colab benefit is for family-plan managers, so a non-manager should not assume that the 50-CCU allowance will appear.
- Google Photos: eligible family members receive their own daily limits rather than consuming one shared daily counter.
- Claims: a redeemed item may show as used for one person even when other family benefits remain available.
Each family member should open Google One while signed in to their own account to see their personal Benefits list and Benefits history.
A practical troubleshooting sequence
Follow this order so that account and eligibility issues are ruled out before you treat a missing card as a technical problem.
- Confirm the paying account. Open Google One with the account that owns the membership.
- Read the plan name and storage amount. Record whether it says 400 GB or 2 TB.
- Open Benefits and View details. Read the country, age, device, trial and usage notes attached to the item.
- Check View history. A benefit marked “Redeemed on [date]” may not be claimable again.
- Check family role. If the account is in a family group, determine whether the feature is manager-only or individually claimable.
- Check the platform. Try the web for Colab, a supported mobile device for Photos, or the required Gemini-enabled TCL Google TV for Create Hub.
- Check limits and credits. Look for an exhausted daily allowance, Google AI credits, Flow Music credits or a language restriction.
- Compare with See all benefits. In membership management, use the plan-level inventory to determine whether the item belongs to another tier.
If all conditions match and the item still does not appear, the account-specific Benefits screen remains the authoritative status display. Google can change labels, limits and availability without changing the storage amount shown on the membership.
Keep the account-specific list as your final authority
Google’s benefit catalog is changeable. New features can be added, experimental tools can be limited or withdrawn, and daily or credit allowances can be adjusted. A generic list cannot account for your billing country, family role, age, device or trial status.
For that reason, use the Benefits page for the current answer: View details tells you what you can use or claim now, View history records what you have already redeemed, and See all benefits shows what each storage tier is designed to include before a plan change.
