As of October 13, 2026, Google lists Fitbit Edge for purchase in 20 markets: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). A listing confirms that Google serves the market, not that the tracker is in stock.
To check your situation, match your country to Google’s list, open that market’s Google Store and Fitbit Edge product page, then verify live stock, delivery to your address, checkout eligibility, local price and regional feature availability. Google requires the shipping address to be in the same region as the Google Store site.

This distinction matters because “available” can describe several different conditions. Your country may be supported while a particular edition is sold out, while a foreign Store may show inventory that cannot legally or technically ship to you. A successful country match is the first check, not the final answer.
Which countries can buy Fitbit Edge?
Google Store Help currently names these 20 purchase markets. The United States entry specifically excludes Puerto Rico. Use the official list at Google Store Help’s regional availability page because country coverage can change.

This is a country list maintained by Google, not an independent market statistic. It tells you where Google’s Store service is intended to sell the device; it does not promise inventory, a particular delivery date, a local promotion or identical health features.
If your country is present, you have a supported Google Store route to investigate. If it is absent, that only means Google’s listed Store markets do not include it. It does not prove that every local electronics retailer lacks the tracker, because Google separately says retail partners will carry Fitbit Edge.
What “available” actually means
There are four separate checks behind a reliable availability answer:

- Market eligibility: your country appears on Google’s regional device list.
- Live inventory: the regional product page lets you buy or preorder the selected edition.
- Deliverability: checkout accepts your real shipping address within that Store region.
- Regional support: the features you care about are offered in your country.
A country can pass the first test and fail the second because the product is temporarily sold out. It can pass both and still differ on health or software features because Google says feature availability varies by region or country. It can also appear to pass the first three checks until checkout rejects an address outside the Store’s service region.
Think of the result as a four-part answer rather than a simple yes or no. “Listed, in stock, deliverable and feature-supported” is materially different from “listed but unavailable today” or “visible on an overseas page only.”
How to check Fitbit Edge availability step by step

Confirm your country on Google’s list
Open Learn about devices and services available in your region and find your country in the Fitbit Edge section. Treat “United States” as excluding Puerto Rico, which Google calls out separately.
Use the list for the country where the package will actually be delivered, not the country where you are temporarily browsing. A billing address, travel location or VPN setting does not change the Store region that Google supports.

Open the matching Google Store
Use the country-specific Google Store associated with your market and locate the Fitbit Edge product page. Check that the page displays your local currency and the correct regional storefront rather than a foreign Store site.
Record which edition is shown, whether the page says preorder or purchase, and any delivery estimate. A page can be visible in a country without offering every configuration. If the page redirects you, follow the regional Store link instead of repeatedly trying an overseas storefront.

Read the live purchase status
Look for an active preorder or purchase button, an estimated delivery date and the edition you want. A product page that says out of stock is not proof that the country has been removed from the program; it means inventory is unavailable at that moment.
Check the exact variant, including the standard tracker or Stephen Curry Special Edition. If colors or editions are selectable, stock can differ between them. Do not treat a search result, cached page or announcement headline as confirmation of current inventory; the live regional product page and checkout are more relevant.

Test delivery with the actual address
Proceed far enough in checkout to enter the address where you will receive the tracker. Google’s rule is explicit: “To buy a device from the Google Store, your shipping address must be in the same region as the Google Store site you want to buy it from.” A foreign Store page cannot be used simply because it shows stock if it will not ship to your address.
Use the complete destination, including postal code and any territory designation. If the address is rejected, do not substitute an inaccurate address or rely on a forwarding service without first checking who would handle returns and warranty claims. The same-region rule is about the shipping destination, so a different billing card does not solve an unsupported delivery location.

Check edition, price and terms
Confirm whether the page offers the standard Fitbit Edge, the Stephen Curry Special Edition or both. Review local taxes, delivery charges, returns and warranty terms shown for your market before paying. Do not convert a US price into a presumed local price.
Accessories are a separate cost consideration. Google describes interchangeable Edge styles and says accessories are sold separately; no specific accessory listing or compatibility should be assumed from a third-party page. Add bands or other extras only after confirming that they fit the exact tracker and are covered by the seller’s terms.

Review country-specific features
Before ordering, open the specifications or feature-availability information for your market. Google’s launch announcement warns that features can vary by country or region, so purchase eligibility alone does not establish that every health function is enabled for you.
Make a short list of the functions that matter to you and compare that list with the regional disclosure. If a feature is the reason for buying Edge, resolve its country support before payment rather than assuming that a device sold in another market will provide the same service after import.
A quick decision path
You can reduce the check to three outcomes:
- Country listed and page purchasable: continue to checkout, verify the real address, then review regional features and total cost.
- Country listed but out of stock: use Google’s back-in-stock alert and keep checking the page; the market remains supported even though today’s inventory is unavailable.
- Country absent: look for a reputable local retail partner, but independently confirm authorization, warranty, returns, imported-model support, taxes and delivery.
This path prevents a broad “available” label from being mistaken for a guaranteed unit, a guaranteed price or identical support in every country.

What to do when Fitbit Edge is out of stock
Google recommends using the email notification option on the regional product page when the tracker is unavailable. The message is a back-in-stock alert, not a reservation. Google says it does not guarantee that a unit will be held for you, that the price will remain the same or that a promotion will still be running when inventory returns.

- Keep checking the regional product page if you need a specific delivery window.
- When an alert arrives, verify stock and price again at checkout; do not assume the email reflects current terms.
- Check the delivery estimate after the item returns, since the alert itself does not promise a particular arrival date.
An alert also does not change the Store region. If you signed up on a foreign page, you still need a shipping address that belongs to that Store’s region when you try to order.
Regional features can differ from purchase availability
Google’s October 12, 2026 announcement states that Fitbit Edge features vary by region or country. The announcement does not establish that every listed market receives an identical set of health, safety or software functions. Check the feature disclosure attached to your country’s product listing and any linked support documentation before purchase.
This distinction matters if a particular measurement, notification, subscription function or regulatory approval is the reason you want Edge. A successful checkout proves that Google will sell and ship that configuration to your market; it does not override local feature restrictions.
For an imported unit, compare the exact model and software support rather than relying on the product name alone. Ask the seller which market supplied the device and whether service, language and updates are supported where you live. The fact that a retailer has a sealed box does not establish that every regional function will activate in your country.
If your country is not listed
An absent country is not the same as proof that no retailer has the device. Google’s launch post says retail partners will carry Fitbit Edge, but it does not provide a country-by-country partner directory. A local seller may therefore have stock even when the Google Store does not serve your market.
If you investigate a retailer, verify each of these points in writing:
- Authorization and origin: whether the seller is an authorized retail partner and where its inventory is sourced.
- Warranty: whether Google or the seller will honor warranty service in your country.
- Returns: the return period, who pays return shipping and whether opened wearable devices are excluded.
- Network and software support: whether the imported edition supports your country’s app, language and available features.
- Taxes and delivery: the total landed cost, customs responsibility and realistic delivery time.
Do not assume that importing from a listed country creates the same protection as buying through your own regional Store. Google’s same-region shipping rule also means a foreign Store may reject your address at checkout.
Compare the retailer’s final payable amount with the regional Google Store total, not just the advertised device price. An apparently cheaper import can become more expensive after shipping, taxes or customs, and a return may require sending the device across a border. Keep the invoice and written warranty terms if you choose this route.

Preorder timing and announced US prices
Google’s October 12, 2026 launch announcement says Fitbit Edge is available for preorder through the Google Store and retail partners, with store-shelf availability announced for October 27, 2026. Those dates describe the launch announcement; your country’s page may show a different order status or delivery estimate.
The announcement gives US prices of $179.99 for the standard tracker and $219.99 for the Stephen Curry Special Edition. These are announced US amounts, not confirmed prices for the other 19 markets. Use your local Google Store page for currency, taxes, shipping and any current offer.
The October 27 shelf date should therefore be treated as a launch milestone, not a promise that every listed country will receive stock on that day. A local page may continue to show preorder, a later delivery estimate or no inventory. Check the status displayed for your address and edition.

Your country is listed, but the page says “out of stock”
The market is supported, but current inventory is unavailable. Subscribe to Google’s back-in-stock email and recheck the page. The notification does not reserve a unit or lock in a price.
The foreign Store shows stock but rejects your address
This is expected when the shipping destination is outside that Store region. Switch to the Store serving your country. If your country is not listed, investigate a reputable local retailer instead of entering an inaccurate address.
You can order, but a feature is missing
Re-read the country-specific feature information. Google explicitly says feature availability varies by region, so a missing function may be a regional limitation rather than a defective device. Contact Google or the seller before opening the package if that feature is essential.
The price differs from the announcement
The $179.99 and $219.99 figures apply to the announced US versions. Local currency conversion, tax, shipping, edition and promotions can change the amount. The checkout total on your regional Store is the relevant price.

Google’s list says United States except Puerto Rico. Treat Puerto Rico as outside that entry and verify whether Google provides a separate supported Store route; do not assume a mainland US address rule applies.

A retailer says it has stock, but the listing is vague
Ask for the exact edition, source market, warranty provider, return window and final delivered cost. Without those details, you cannot tell whether the offer is an authorized local sale or an import with different feature support.
Availability checklist before you pay
- Country appears in Google’s Fitbit Edge market list.
- Regional Google Store page shows the desired edition as available or preorderable.
- Checkout accepts your real delivery address in that same Store region.
- Local currency, taxes, shipping and total price are clear.
- Delivery timing matches your needs, especially around the announced October 27, 2026 shelf date.
- Regional feature disclosures include the functions you intend to use.
- Return and warranty terms are clear for the purchase route you selected.
- If buying from a retailer, the model’s source country and authorization are documented.
- Any separately sold bands or accessories are confirmed compatible and included in your budget.
