There is no reliable yes-or-no answer based on “75 inches” alone. That measurement is the screen’s diagonal, not the size of the shipping carton. Find the exact TV model’s packaged dimensions, then check every doorway, turn, vehicle opening and cargo-space measurement along the route. A fit counts only if the TV can also be carried upright and secured safely.
Start with the TV carton, not the screen size
Look up the exact model number on the manufacturer’s product or support page, check the retailer’s specifications, or measure the carton itself. Record its outside width, height and depth with the protective packaging in place. Do not use the screen diagonal or the bare TV’s dimensions as a substitute: packaging varies by model.

For perspective, Philips gives approximate dimensions of about 166 cm wide and 93 cm high for a bare 75-inch screen, excluding the bezel and stand. Those are not shipping-carton dimensions. One TCL customer-support answer hosted by Best Buy lists a carton measuring 72.8 × 44.3 × 7.0 inches for a particular 75-inch Q6 model; that example is not a standard for all 75-inch TVs. Check your exact model before relying on any published measurement.

Check more than the final room. Measure the clear width and height of each doorway with the door fully open, then find the narrowest point in every hallway. Include stair turns, ceiling height, handrails and corners where the carton must pivot. Consider the box in each possible orientation and whether it can turn without being forced or bent.

LG’s pre-purchase checklist advises leaving 5–10 cm (1.9–3.9 inches) of clearance between the packaged product and the route while moving it. Apply that allowance wherever possible; a route that only works with the carton scraping or wedged through is not a practical fit.
Check both the car opening and its usable cargo space
Measure the usable cargo area with the seats arranged as you intend to carry the TV. Then measure the hatch or trunk opening—or the door through which the carton must enter—separately. Account for wheel wells and interior trim that reduce usable width, and allow room to load the package at the necessary angle and close the hatch or doors.

Compare those measurements with the carton in the orientation it will ride. A large cargo area does not help if the carton cannot pass through the opening. Likewise, passing through the hatch does not prove that the package will fit inside with enough room to close the vehicle and secure the load.
Confirm that the TV can travel safely
A tight or unstable fit is not a successful fit. UPS recommends keeping a television upright throughout transport, using its original retail box when available, and packing it so the contents cannot move. If the retail packaging is gone, UPS advises using a television-specific box. Check the TV’s manual for any model-specific handling directions as well.

Before setting out, make sure the carton is supported and restrained so it cannot slide, tip or press against the screen. If you cannot keep it upright and secure in the available space, choose another way to move it.

Compare your options against the same practical criteria:
- Opening clearance: Can the carton pass through the narrowest doorway, hallway point and vehicle opening, with room to maneuver?
- Usable space: Does it fit in the cargo area in the intended orientation, with the hatch or doors able to close?
- Safe restraint: Can the TV remain upright and be secured against movement?
- Loading route: Can you manage the turns and loading safely, with enough help for the package?
If any check fails, arrange delivery or use a suitably sized cargo vehicle. Confirm the service and loading arrangements directly; availability depends on your location. Do not assume that every vehicle in a particular class will work: the exact carton and the actual vehicle measurements decide it.
