To see which email service your Hostinger hosting plan includes, open Emails in the dashboard sidebar and read the service label under the plan name for your domain. Free Email, Business Starter or Business Premium means Hostinger Email. A Titan logo means Titan Email, and a Google Workspace logo means Google Workspace. Hostinger says cPanel hosting plans use cPanel Email.
Check the service label in the Emails section
The label is the fastest way to identify the mailbox service, and it does not require opening any mailbox.

- Sign in to your Hostinger account and open the hPanel dashboard.
- Click Emails in the sidebar.
- Find the domain connected to your hosting plan and look directly beneath the plan name.
- Read the service label or logo, then compare it with the table below.
- If you need account-specific limits or the expiry date, click Mailboxes beside that domain, or open the linked email plan.

Web and Cloud hosting does not guarantee one fixed email product. Hostinger says a hosting plan includes only one of Hostinger Email or Titan Email, so the label on your own account is the answer that matters. New free-email claims made through the dashboard are described by Hostinger as Hostinger Email rather than Titan.
Upgrades and legacy Titan accounts
Upgrading a Hostinger Email or Titan Email plan does not change the service type or its dashboard icon. If your account shows the Titan logo, that is a legacy identifier tied to the plan’s history, not a sign that you chose a new provider. Do not infer the service from the plan name alone; the logo or label in the Emails view is the reliable indicator.

Mailbox limits and included period by plan
Hostinger publishes mailbox allowances by plan for hosting plans purchased on or after May 5, 2025. Plans bought earlier follow different historical limits, and Hostinger’s published figures for them are not reproduced here, so check your own account for those.

Hostinger states that the free email is included for one year and provides 1 GB of storage per mailbox for these plans. These are published figures for this purchase cohort, not universal entitlements, and Hostinger notes that limits can change without notice.

Confirm your limits and expiry
- Open Emails, then choose Mailboxes for the relevant domain to review the plan name, limits and expiry.
- For email-specific limits, open the domain’s email management page and select View all limits.
- Compare what you see with your purchase date, since the cohort determines the allowance.
Do not confuse this with PHP sending
Email sent by a website’s PHP script, through Sendmail or phpmail() without an external provider, is described by Hostinger as default web-hosting email. That term describes how a website sends messages. It does not identify the mailbox service included with your plan, so use the Emails label to answer that question.
