To check IREDA’s share-price history and filings, first confirm the security using NSE symbol IREDA, BSE code 544026 or ISIN INE202E01016. Then review historical prices on the relevant exchange and match the dates against IREDA’s financial results, annual reports, shareholding patterns and disclosures. Keep the exchange, price type, reporting period and document status consistent; these records provide context, but do not by themselves show that a filing caused a price move or establish whether the share is suitable for you.

Confirm you have the right IREDA security

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited is listed as IREDA on NSE and under BSE security code 544026. Its equity ISIN is INE202E01016. Use the identifier required by the exchange or database you are searching, and confirm the issuer and instrument before relying on a result. IREDA lists these details in its Investor Service Cell.

IREDA’s preliminary placement document says the shares have been listed on NSE and BSE since November 29, 2023. That sets the earliest date for listed-market trading history; it is not a price quote. See the company’s IPO documents for the placement document and related material.

How do I check IREDA share price history?

  1. Choose the exchange and identifier. Search NSE with symbol IREDA or BSE with code 544026. Where available, verify the ISIN as INE202E01016.
  2. Set the date range. Define the start and end dates before interpreting a chart. Listed trading began on November 29, 2023, according to IREDA’s placement document.
  3. Use the exchange’s historical-data service. Select the appropriate security and retrieve the period you need. Record whether the series is daily or another frequency and whether the field is closing, intraday, adjusted or unadjusted. The company’s historical placement document is not a live market feed.
  4. Keep the downloaded record’s context. Note the exchange, date range, trading-day basis, price field and adjustment status alongside any figures you use. Do not treat prices from different exchanges or differently defined fields as directly interchangeable.

IREDA’s 2025 preliminary placement document includes examples of historical NSE prices: a high of ₹310.00 on July 15, 2024, a low of ₹137.01 on March 17, 2025, and an average of ₹202.32 for the document’s stated period. These are historical figures reported in that document, not current prices. For a current quote or later trading history, check the relevant exchange record at the time you need it.

Where can I find IREDA corporate filings?

Financial results and presentations

Use IREDA’s Financial Results page to find audited and unaudited results and investor presentations organized by financial year and reporting period. Preserve the document’s labels: results may cover different periods and may be standalone or consolidated. The company’s FY 2024–25 annual report states that its financial year runs from April 1 through March 31.

Annual reports and statutory documents

The Annual Reports section contains annual reports and related statutory documents. Choose the financial year relevant to the question you are investigating; a full-year report and an interim result cover different periods.

Shareholding patterns

IREDA’s Shareholding Pattern page lists quarterly ownership filings. Check the period covered and publication date so that you do not mistake a filing for a more recent snapshot of ownership.

Other notices and compliance records

For company notices and other compliance disclosures, consult Disclosures and Compliances. IREDA’s FY 2024–25 annual report says periodical and other compliance filings are submitted electronically through NEAPS/NSE Digital Portal and BSE Listing Centre. Exchange filing systems are useful when locating the exchange-submitted record; the company’s investor-relations pages also organize shareholder information.

Match market dates to filing periods carefully

When reviewing a price movement alongside a company record, make a simple timeline rather than assuming the two are linked. Put the market date and the filing or publication date next to the period the document actually covers. A result published after a financial period ends is not the same thing as a result for the publication date.

  • Compare the same exchange and date range, using the same trading-day basis.
  • Keep the price field and adjustment basis consistent.
  • For financial results, distinguish the period, standalone or consolidated basis, and audited or unaudited status.
  • For ownership or other disclosures, record the filing period and publication date.

Price and filing records can be reviewed together, but their timing alone does not establish that one caused the other. Describe what the documents report and when they were filed; avoid presenting a causal explanation unless there is evidence supporting it.

A practical pre-investment record checklist

  • Security confirmed by issuer name and NSE symbol, BSE code or ISIN.
  • Price history saved with exchange, date range, frequency, price type and adjustment basis.
  • Relevant results or annual report matched to the financial period under review.
  • Standalone/consolidated and audited/unaudited labels retained.
  • Relevant shareholding and disclosure filings checked for their coverage periods and publication dates.

These steps help organize public information; they do not amount to a valuation or a recommendation to buy or sell. Assessing investment suitability also requires questions beyond the location and interpretation of these records.
