Annual multi-trip cover applies to multiple separate trips during a 12-month policy period; it is not cover for one continuous year-long journey. You choose a maximum duration for each trip, and destinations and other policy terms still apply. Cover-More currently lists these maximum-duration choices:

These are the choices stated on Cover-More’s current annual multi-trip page; they are not evidence of the limits in the older CHOICE-reviewed policy. Check the quote and applicable PDS for the terms of the policy being offered.
Domestic trips: check the distance-from-home rule
Cover-More says a domestic annual multi-trip journey generally needs to be at least 250 km from home. Its page also says a closer trip may qualify if it includes at least one night of paid accommodation. The PDS sets the complete conditions, so confirm that your trip meets them before relying on cover.
What to check in the current Comprehensive policy
Cover-More says international Comprehensive cover is available as either single-trip or annual multi-trip insurance. It identifies optional cover for snow or winter sports, motorcycle or moped riding, and adventure activities beyond those automatically included. Whether an option applies depends on the policy wording and the activity as performed; use the relevant PDS to check what is and is not covered.
Before choosing a policy, compare the quote with the PDS for the particular issue date. Focus on the terms that could change whether the policy suits your itinerary:
- Trip length and timing: Check that every trip fits the maximum duration selected and falls within the policy period.
- Destinations: Confirm that each destination is listed and eligible under the policy.
- Benefits and limits: Review the limits and sub-limits relevant to you, including medical expenses, cancellation, baggage, and delays where applicable.
- Conditions and exclusions: Check exclusions, pre-existing medical-condition rules, excess, and eligibility criteria.
- Activities: Confirm whether planned activities need optional cover and whether the option covers the way you intend to participate.
- Cost versus use: Compare the premium with the number of trips you expect to take and their likely duration.
These are questions to check, not claims about particular benefit amounts. Cover-More directs customers to its PDS guidance for policy limits, exclusions, and conditions and advises reading the PDS before buying. A current quote or benefit figure should not be applied retrospectively to a policy with different wording.

Annual multi-trip cover may fit a traveller taking several separate journeys in a year, but whether Cover-More’s policy fits depends on trip durations, destinations, activities, and the terms in the applicable PDS.
