ASOS’s published account help does not document a control for remotely signing out other sessions, so do not assume a password change will end sessions on other devices.
Change your ASOS password while signed in
- Sign in to your ASOS account.
- Select Change password. ASOS documents this option but menu placement can vary by interface, so look for the label rather than relying on a particular settings path.
- Enter your current password, then enter a new one. It must be 10–100 characters and different from your previous password.
- Save the account change.
These steps follow ASOS account help. If you sign in through Apple, Facebook, or Google, consult the social-account section of that help page for guidance on adding or using an ASOS password.

Reset a password you have forgotten
- On the ASOS sign-in page, select Forgotten password?
- Enter the email address registered to your ASOS account.
- Open the reset link ASOS sends to that address and follow it to create a new password.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder. ASOS says three incorrect email or password entries lock the account for 30 minutes. See ASOS password-reset guidance.

ASOS’s account-help guidance reviewed here does not describe an active-session list or a remote “sign out all other sessions” option. It also does not confirm whether changing your password ends sessions that are already signed in. Do not rely on a password change to log out another device.

You still have the device
Open ASOS on that device and use its normal account sign-out option. ASOS advises customers to log out after using a public computer and notes that a mobile browser or app may remain signed in depending on device settings. See its terms and account help.
You do not have the device, or suspect someone else has access
Change your password if you can still sign in; otherwise, reset it using the registered email address. Then contact ASOS Customer Care for account-specific help. Because the published guidance does not establish that a password change terminates existing sessions, ask Customer Care what steps are available for your account.

Secure your ASOS account and recovery email
Choose a password you do not use for any other account, and secure the email account associated with ASOS. ASOS explains that access to your email can expose password-reset routes for other services. Its guidance puts it plainly: “Use a unique password for each one – especially for your email and ASOS accounts.” Read ASOS’s cyber-security advice.
