Flexi fare refund applications go through Reservations and are subject to cancellation charges. The terms say refunds are at the company’s discretion except where passenger-rights provisions apply. If Steam Packet cancels your sailing
This guidance and the cancellation-charge tables concern a passenger cancelling their own booking. If the company cancels a sailing, different passenger-rights rules may apply, including provisions for rerouting or a refund.
