For a page you are authorized to view, sign in through the official portal, open the page, and use your browser’s Print command to save it as a PDF. If you mean Indian Railways HRMS, its official login page is hrms.indianrail.gov.in/HRMS/. The title does not identify a specific portal or module, so these instructions use HRMS as the closest matching example—not as a claim that every railway employee portal is HRMS.
Sign in to the right portal first
Open the official HRMS access page and sign in with your own authorized account. The login page has username, password, and captcha fields. Follow any authentication steps the portal requires, including OTP verification sent to the registered mobile, before opening the page you need. The Indian Railways employee pass guide describes login and OTP verification.

If you cannot sign in or the page is unavailable, use the helpdesk or service-request route on the official HRMS page or contact your departmental support team. Do not try to bypass a captcha or OTP, or use scripts, extensions, developer tools, or alternate endpoints to access information the authorized interface does not show.
HRMS is a plausible match for an Indian railway employee portal, but the name alone does not establish which portal or module you use. The Railway Board provides HRMS module resources, including an Employee Self Service manual. Government of India material describes HRMS modules such as employee master records, electronic service records, APAR, electronic passes, and office orders; that does not mean every module or record is available to every user.

Save the open page as a PDF in Chrome
- Sign in through the official portal and navigate to the specific page using your authorized account. Complete any OTP step the portal requests.
- Open Chrome’s Print dialog: press Ctrl+P on Windows or Linux, or ⌘+P on Mac. You can also open Chrome’s menu and choose Print.
- In the destination options, select Save as PDF. Review the preview, layout, and page range, then save the file to a location approved for employee information. Google documents this workflow in Print from Chrome – Computer.
- Open the saved PDF and check every page. Confirm the text is legible and that the details you need are present; portal content may not print exactly as it appears on screen.
For an official submission or verified record, first check whether the relevant HRMS module provides its own download, print, or record-generation control. The options for a particular module are not established here, so confirm requirements with the relevant railway office or helpdesk.
Other ways to keep a copy
Save the web page
Chrome’s menu route is More > More tools > Save page as. Google documents it under Download a file – Computer. A saved page may not preserve all content loaded dynamically by HRMS. Reopen the local copy and verify it before relying on it.

- Intel Celeron N4120: 4 Cores & Threads, 1.1GHz Base Clock, Up to 2.6GHz Boost Clock, 4MB Cache, Intel UHD Graphics 600. The perfect combination of performance, power consumption, and value helps your device handle multitasking smoothly and reliably with four processing cores to divide up the work.
Take a screenshot
Use the screenshot function built into your device after displaying the page. Screenshot shortcuts differ by operating system and device; the sources cited here do not establish platform-specific key combinations. A screenshot records what is visible, so one image may miss content farther down a long page. For a long record, use a checked PDF or make a sequence of clearly labeled screenshots. A screenshot is a visual copy, not necessarily an official system record.
Protect employee information
HRMS can involve employee-related records, including service and pay information. Before saving or sharing a capture, confirm that retaining it is permitted for your purpose. Keep only the information needed, store the file in an approved location, and share it only with authorized recipients. Avoid uploading confidential portal material to an unapproved cloud service or online conversion site. These are prudent handling steps; the sources cited here do not establish a specific Indian Railways retention or disclosure policy.

Troubleshooting
- The login page rejects the sign-in: Check that you are using the official portal and your own account, complete the captcha and any OTP prompt, then contact the portal helpdesk or departmental support if access still fails.
- The PDF is blank or missing details: Return to the signed-in page, check that the required content has loaded, then print again and inspect the preview and saved file. If the module offers an official document-generation control, use that or ask the relevant office what format it accepts.
- The saved web page is incomplete: Dynamic portal content may not be included in a local page copy. Verify the saved file against the open page and use print-to-PDF or an official module export if available.
- The screenshot cuts off part of the record: Capture additional clearly labeled screen views, or use a PDF and inspect all pages.
- You are unsure whether you may keep or send the file: Do not share it until you have confirmed the applicable departmental rules and recipient authorization.
