Use a full-page or scrolling screenshot—not a normal screenshot—to capture content below the visible screen. The quickest method depends on your device: Safari on iPhone offers Full Page, many Android 12-or-later phones offer a scrolling capture control, and Firefox and Microsoft Edge have desktop full-page options. A screenshot is a visual record, not an official ticket or proof that a booking is valid; keep the railway operator’s ticket or confirmation separately.
Choose the method for your device

Capture the page on iPhone using Safari
- Open the railway booking page in Safari and navigate to the details you want to retain.
- Take a screenshot: press the side button and volume-up button on a Face ID model, or the side button and Home button on a Home-button model.
- Tap the screenshot preview before it disappears.
- Tap Full Page, then save the result as an image or PDF.

Capture a scrolling screenshot on Android
- Open the booking page and take a screenshot using your phone’s usual screenshot command.
- If a scrolling screenshot control appears, tap it and extend the capture through the content you need.
- Save the result and check that the important details are readable.
Google’s steps apply to Android 12 and later on most screens that allow scrolling; the exact control depends on the device. If it is missing, check the phone manufacturer’s support instructions. See Google’s Android screenshot instructions.

Firefox
- Open the booking page in Firefox.
- Open the Firefox screenshot tool.
- Select Save full page rather than Save visible, then save the capture.
Mozilla documents both screenshot choices in its Firefox screenshot instructions.

Microsoft Edge
- Open the booking page in Edge and open DevTools.
- Open the DevTools More options menu.
- Select Capture a full size screenshot and save the resulting file.
Microsoft documents this command as a way to capture the whole page, including content outside the current viewport. See Microsoft Edge DevTools instructions.
Check the saved capture—and keep the official booking document
- Open the saved file and confirm the passenger, route, travel date, times, booking reference, and any other details you need are present and legible.
- Do not assume a long page will fit into one useful image. A booking site may use an embedded scroll area or dynamic content, and the general device and browser instructions above do not establish how a particular railway booking flow behaves.
- If content is missing, try the operator’s ticket download, booking confirmation, or print-to-PDF option if available. Otherwise, capture separate relevant sections and check that each is readable.
- Use the railway operator’s own ticket or confirmation when that is what you need for travel. No screenshot method described here establishes that a screenshot is accepted as a ticket.

The phone does not offer a scrolling screenshot
On Android, the feature is conditional on Android version, screen, and manufacturer; Google recommends consulting the phone maker if the control is absent. On iPhone, use the screenshot preview and check whether Full Page is available for that Safari page.

The capture stops before the bottom
The page may not expose all of its content as one scrollable webpage, or it may load content dynamically. Try the operator’s document export, or capture separate sections and verify each one.
The screenshot is too long or hard to read
Open the saved file at a readable zoom. If the essential booking details are too small in a single full-page image, use separate captures or the operator’s PDF or ticket download instead.
Edge’s full-size command is hard to find
Make sure DevTools is open, then look in its More options menu for Capture a full size screenshot. The documented Edge workflow uses DevTools; Firefox offers a browser screenshot choice that does not require this command.
