To capture a website as it appears on a real Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, open it on the phone and press and release the Side button and Volume down button at the same time. The phone saves the screenshot to Gallery. For a long page, look for the screenshot toolbar’s Capture more option. If you only need to test a responsive layout, use browser emulation—but do not confuse the phone’s 1080 × 2340-pixel screen resolution with its browser’s CSS viewport width.
What “Galaxy A15 size” means
Samsung India lists the Galaxy A15 5G display as 1080 × 2340 pixels (FHD+). It also specifies a 16.39 cm diagonal measured across the full rectangle, or 15.95 cm accounting for rounded corners. Those are physical display specifications, not the CSS viewport width a browser reports to a website. Samsung India’s Galaxy A15 5G specifications do not establish a precise default browser viewport width for the phone.

Use the physical handset when you need evidence of how a page actually appears on a Galaxy A15. Use responsive emulation when you want to inspect a layout at a chosen viewport; it is not a screenshot taken by the phone.

- Open the website in the phone’s browser and navigate to the page area you want to capture.
- Press and release the Side button and Volume down button together.
- Open Gallery and find the image in the Screenshots album.
Samsung’s Galaxy A15 5G A156 User Guide documents the button shortcut and notes that it works from any screen.

Capture a long webpage
After taking the screenshot, check the screenshot toolbar for Capture more. Google says scrolling screenshots are available on Android 12 and later on most screens that allow scrolling. Whether the option appears can depend on the screen and how the page behaves; check the actual page rather than assuming every browser view supports it. Use palm swipe as an alternative
If the buttons are awkward to use, enable Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture. Then swipe the edge of your hand across the screen while keeping it in contact with the display. The button shortcut is the simpler option when you need a repeatable instruction.

Choose what appears in the screenshot
Samsung documents screenshot settings at Settings > Advanced features > Screenshots. Depending on the available options, you can choose JPG or PNG and hide the status and navigation bars. Hiding those bars changes the composition, so record whether they are visible if you are comparing screenshots or documenting a test.

Responsive mode in a desktop browser is useful for checking how a page rearranges at a configured viewport. It does not reproduce every detail of a physical Galaxy A15, and the available sources do not verify an exact A15 CSS viewport preset. Do not enter 1080 CSS pixels simply because Samsung lists a 1080-pixel-wide display: panel resolution and CSS viewport width describe different things.

Troubleshoot screenshot problems
- The button shortcut does nothing: Try the palm-swipe gesture after enabling it in settings. Also check whether the buttons work normally.
- The screenshot is not saved: Check that the phone has available storage. Android’s help guidance also notes that privacy restrictions or an app that blocks screenshots can prevent capture.
- You cannot capture a protected page: Some apps restrict screenshots, and private or incognito contexts may impose additional restrictions. Try a permitted, non-private page if appropriate; restrictions cannot always be bypassed.
- The result is cropped or missing system bars: Review the Screenshots settings, including the option to hide status and navigation bars. For a long page, check whether Capture more appears in the screenshot toolbar.
- The image format differs from what you need: Review the JPG or PNG choice under Settings > Advanced features > Screenshots.
