Firefox: save or copy the full page
Firefox’s screenshot tool distinguishes a full-page image from a capture of only the visible area. Use these steps:

- Open the admissions page and wait for the content you need to appear.
- Right-click an empty part of the page and choose Take Screenshot. On Mac, Control-click also opens the context menu. You can instead press Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows or Linux, or Cmd+Shift+S on Mac.
- Choose Save full page in the screenshot interface.
- Select Download to save the image in Firefox’s configured download folder, or Copy to place it on the clipboard.

Alternative Firefox routes
- Developer Tools button: In Developer Tools settings, enable Take a screenshot of the entire page under Available Toolbox Buttons, then use the screenshot icon.
- Web Console: Firefox’s
:screenshothelper accepts--fullpage. It also supports options such as a delay, filename, device pixel ratio, or selector. Consult the Firefox documentation for the syntax supported by your version.
Chrome: use DevTools’ Command Menu
- Open the admissions page in Chrome.
- Open DevTools’ Command Menu with Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows or Linux, or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac.
- Search for screenshot and choose the full-size screenshot command if it is offered by your installed Chrome version.
Chrome’s Command Menu documentation explains how to open the menu and find commands. Its documented example covers an area screenshot; the exact full-size command wording may vary, so follow the label shown in your DevTools.
Microsoft Edge: use its built-in Screenshot feature
Microsoft says Edge’s built-in Screenshot feature can capture a full page, including content beyond the current viewport. Open the browser’s Screenshot feature and look for a full-page capture option. Menu names and placement can change between versions; if you cannot find the option, search the Edge menu for Screenshot. Microsoft’s Edge support site describes the feature, but its current precise menu path is not established here.

Choose full-page capture, not a regular screen grab
A normal screenshot usually shows only what fits in the browser window. Choose an option explicitly identified as full page or full size to include content below the visible screen. Firefox makes the distinction especially clear with Save full page and Save visible.
If you need an image file, Firefox lets you download the capture. If you need to paste it directly into another application, choose Copy. The documented browser options do not establish a speed or image-quality winner; choose based on which browser you have and whether you need a downloaded image or clipboard copy.

Check the capture before sharing it
Admission pages can include changing content or access screens, and a page’s structure may affect what a capture contains. Before sending or storing the image, open it and check that the sections you need are present and legible. If the portal requires sign-in, make sure the capture does not expose personal or application information you do not intend to share.
