How to Capture a Full-Page Screenshot of a UPI Web App on Windows

In Microsoft Edge on Windows, open the UPI web app, then right-click the page and choose Screenshot, or press Ctrl+Shift+S. Choose the full-page option to capture content below the visible screen, review the result, then save or copy it. Edge’s controls and availability can vary by browser version, device, and market.

Capture the full UPI webpage in Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the UPI web app page in Edge and wait until the content you want is displayed.
  2. Right-click the page and select Screenshot, or press Ctrl+Shift+S.
  3. Choose the full-page capture option in the screenshot interface.
  4. Inspect the preview for missing sections or content you do not want included. Use the overlay to mark up, copy, or save the capture.

Microsoft describes Edge Screenshot as capturing “a full webpage, even the parts you would have to scroll to see.” The tool can also keep moving content such as GIFs or carousels on screen during capture so you can select a frame; behavior may differ across UPI apps and browser builds. Choose the right capture for the job

A full-page browser capture and a Windows screen capture are different: Edge can include below-the-fold webpage content, while Snipping Tool captures the screen or a selected portion of it.

To open Snipping Tool’s capture controls, press Windows+Shift+S. Microsoft documents rectangular, freeform, window, and full-screen modes; its documented modes do not describe scrolling webpage capture. Snipping Tool instructions and capture modes.

Check privacy before sharing a UPI screenshot

Review the image before sending or posting it. A UPI page may show payment details, names, account identifiers, QR codes, or transaction information that should not be exposed. Crop or mark up sensitive areas before sharing; Edge and Snipping Tool provide editing or markup options.

Troubleshoot missing controls or incomplete captures

  • Screenshot is absent from the right-click menu: Check that Edge is up to date and that the feature is available for your browser version and device. Microsoft notes availability may vary by device type, market, and browser version.
  • Ctrl+Shift+S does not open it: Try the page’s right-click menu and select Screenshot. If the menu entry is also missing, check Edge version and feature availability.
  • The saved image shows only the visible area: Reopen Screenshot and choose the full-page option rather than a selected area.
  • Some page content is missing or unexpected: Wait for the intended content to appear before capturing, then inspect the preview. Dynamic elements can behave differently across pages and browser builds.
  • You only need a visible portion: Use Edge’s selected-area capture or open Snipping Tool with Windows+Shift+S; do not use a full-page capture when a cropped screen region is sufficient.
