Capture the full page with Awesome Screenshot
- Open the webpage and allow its content and images to finish loading. For scroll-triggered sections, scroll through the parts you need and wait for them to appear before capture. This is a practical precaution, not a documented guarantee that every section will be loaded.
- Open the Awesome Screenshot extension from your browser toolbar.
- Select Capture.
- Choose the full-page command for your browser: Full Page in the Chrome and Edge instructions, Capture Full Page in Safari, or Capture Entire Page in Firefox. Awesome Screenshot’s help materials document the workflow and browser-specific labels.
- Review the capture and check that the sections and images you need are present.
What to expect on pages that load as you scroll
Awesome Screenshot’s support guidance says to wait until the page is fully loaded and images are displayed. It also cautions that some specific or very long pages may not produce satisfactory results. The reviewed instructions do not say that the extension automatically preloads every scroll-triggered section, nor do they confirm reliable capture of infinite-scroll feeds.

So, scrolling through a page before capture is a reasonable way to prompt content to appear, but treat it as a precaution rather than a guaranteed fix. If a capture remains incomplete, the support guidance recommends providing the page URL for investigation.

Troubleshoot a missing or incomplete capture
The full-page option is dimmed or unavailable
The browser may restrict extensions from accessing that URL, as can happen on browser settings or extension-store pages. Awesome Screenshot suggests trying Visible Part or Entire Screen & App Window for restricted content. These capture alternatives may show only the visible area or screen, rather than provide an equivalent full-page image.

The capture misses images or later sections
Wait for the page and its images to display, then try again. For scroll-triggered content, inspect the page as you scroll and allow sections to appear before starting the capture. This may help, but does not establish that every item on an infinite-scroll page will be included.
The page is very long or still looks wrong
Some specific or very long pages may not capture satisfactorily, according to Awesome Screenshot’s support guidance. If retrying does not resolve the issue, send the page URL to Awesome Screenshot support for investigation.

Does Awesome Screenshot guarantee it will capture every item in an infinite-scroll page?
No such guarantee is established in the reviewed official instructions. They document the full-page workflow and general loading advice, but do not specify infinite-scroll behavior.
