In Microsoft Edge on Windows, press Ctrl+Shift+S to open Screenshot (formerly Web Capture), then choose Capture full page. The shortcut opens the capture tool; selecting the full-page option is a separate step.
Capture a full webpage in Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge and navigate to the page you want to capture.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+S. You can also open Screenshot from Edge’s Settings and more menu.
- Select Capture full page.
- Review the result, then save it to your device.
Microsoft’s guide describes Capture full page as the middle option in the capture interface. The feature is currently called Screenshot in Microsoft’s policy documentation; Microsoft’s learning-center guide still uses the older Web capture name. Make sure you choose full page, not capture area
Capture area is for selecting part of the webpage, not the whole page. Microsoft says you can copy or mark up an area capture before saving it. For a complete page, choose Capture full page.

Microsoft documents Screenshot support on Windows and macOS, but the shortcut workflow is specifically documented for Windows. The policy reference lists support for versions 87 and later; this does not establish that every current installation has identical labels or settings. Microsoft does not document a Mac-specific Screenshot shortcut on its general shortcut page, so on Mac look for Screenshot in the Edge menu and check the behavior in your installed version.

On a managed Edge installation, an administrator may have disabled the feature with the WebCaptureEnabled policy. When the policy is enabled or unconfigured, Microsoft says Screenshot is available from the context menu, Settings and more menu, and Ctrl+Shift+S; when disabled, users cannot access it. Developer alternative: capture a full-size screenshot in DevTools

- Open DevTools and turn on the Device Toolbar.
- Open More options.
- Select Capture a full size screenshot.
