For a full-page screenshot of a Hindi website, use browser automation such as Puppeteer instead. Grafana Loki is a separate log-aggregation project, not a screenshot tool.
What Loki can—and cannot—capture
The screenshot-related Loki documentation describes a Storybook workflow: capture component or story images and compare them for visual changes. It does not document navigating to any public website and taking a full-page screenshot. That distinction matters: a Storybook screenshot is useful for checking a component against a visual baseline; a screenshot of a live Hindi-language site is a different task. The name also collides with Grafana Loki, which is a log-aggregation project, as described in Grafana’s documentation.
Capture a live Hindi website with Puppeteer
A separate Browserless/Puppeteer example navigates to a URL and requests the entire page using fullPage: true. This is a browser-automation approach, not a Loki feature. The following standalone example uses locally installed Puppeteer and saves a PNG.

Use a current Node.js installation, create a project directory, and install Puppeteer:

Its example is documented in Klutch.sh’s Browserless deployment guide. The example above uses a 60-second navigation timeout and Puppeteer’s networkidle2 navigation condition; sites with long-lived network activity or delayed content may need a different wait strategy.

The cited capture example does not establish Hindi font support or guarantee correct rendering on a particular site. Open the PNG and inspect it rather than assuming the capture is correct:

- Check for missing characters, replacement boxes, clipped marks, or glyphs with unexpected shapes.
- Check headings, body text, and text near the bottom of the page, where delayed or lazy-loaded content may be more likely to be missed.
- If the page looks incomplete, inspect it in a browser and determine whether content or fonts load only after an interaction or additional wait. The sources do not specify a Hindi font-loading setting or a universal wait that solves this.

Troubleshooting the Puppeteer capture
The navigation times out
A slow or continuously active page may not satisfy the selected navigation condition before the timeout. Check that the URL is reachable from the machine running Puppeteer. If the page keeps making requests, try a different navigation wait condition and then wait for the specific content you need; there is no single condition guaranteed to suit every site.
The page image is incomplete
Confirm that you used fullPage: true and that the saved file is the newly generated output. If content appears only after scrolling, interaction, or a delayed load, the short example may capture before it is present. Inspect the page in a browser and adapt the script’s waits to the site’s actual behavior.
