To build LEGO Pokémon Eevee set 72151, first confirm the set number, then open LEGO’s official instructions and work through the diagrams one step at a time. The 18+ set contains 587 pieces; a few shallow dishes or a tray can keep parts visible without turning sorting into a project of its own.
Confirm the set and open the official instructions
Check that the box or set listing says 72151 before starting. LEGO identifies it as the Eevee set for ages 18+ with 587 pieces. Download the manual from LEGO’s official building-instructions page for Eevee 72151. The US support page lists a 20.96 MB PDF; file size may differ by region.

Keep the instructions open on a device or print them if you prefer paper. The manual is the reference for the exact part placement and build order; the tips below are general ways to make following it easier, not a substitute for its diagrams.

Choose a clear, well-lit surface with enough room for the manual, the parts you are using, and the assembly. A light-colored surface can make small pieces easier to see. Use a few shallow dishes or a tray to keep loose parts from spreading.

- Keep unopened bags together and open them in sequence if the packaging is numbered. Check the manual and packaging for this set’s actual bag organization rather than assuming a sequence.
- Separate pieces only as much as helps you find them—for example, keep conspicuously different colors or larger shapes apart.
- Avoid sorting every piece into many tiny categories before building. You can sort further later if finding a particular part becomes difficult.
Follow each diagram and check your work
- Begin with the first step shown in the official manual. Identify the pieces pictured for that step and set aside only those parts.
- Match orientation before connecting. Compare the diagram’s angles and visible sides with the pieces in your hands, paying attention to mirrored parts and small connectors.
- Check the new assembly against the illustration. Confirm that the pieces sit in the shown positions before moving on to the next diagram.
- Pause if a connection does not fit. Do not force it. Compare the current assembly with the last few steps and check whether a piece is reversed, misplaced, or missing.
These checks are useful general building habits; they are not a list of documented trouble spots for set 72151. The available set information does not establish a specific step count, bag sequence, or build time, so use the manual rather than estimates for those details.
Choose solo or collaborative instructions
You can follow the official PDF on your own, or use the LEGO Builder app if a digital guide suits your setup. LEGO’s product listing also identifies a Build Together feature in the app for sharing the build. It is optional; the official instruction download remains the direct route to the diagrams.
