Quick wins for a faster PC:
Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →You can put short cartoons and full-length episodes in one YouTube playlist, arrange them in the order you want, and make the collection available for viewers to start whenever they choose. That creates an always-available viewing queue—not a continuous live broadcast. If you mean a channel that is live around the clock, that requires a separate livestream setup and ongoing monitoring.
Choose between an always-available playlist and a live broadcast
| Approach | What viewers get | What you need to do | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ordered playlist | A collection viewers can start and navigate, with short and long episodes arranged in sequence. | Add eligible videos to YouTube, set the playlist details and privacy, and arrange the order. | On-demand viewing where the audience chooses when to begin. |
| Continuous livestream | A live broadcast experience rather than a viewer-started playlist. | Set up a separate YouTube live workflow with a supported streaming method and monitor the broadcast. | A creator who specifically wants a live channel presentation. |
A playlist does not, by itself, guarantee automatic infinite looping or uninterrupted 24/7 broadcasting. YouTube describes livestreaming as a separate workflow; its guidance does not guarantee continuous operation.

Put short and long episodes in the intended sequence
Manually reorder videos by dragging them into place in the playlist. You can alternate short cartoons with longer episodes, group similar lengths together, or use another sequence that suits your programming. YouTube supports manual ordering but does not prescribe a short-to-long ratio or cadence; choose based on how you want people to watch.
-
Check the playlist as a viewer
Open the playlist and review its title, description, privacy, video selection, and order. Confirm the sequence makes sense when someone starts at the beginning, and that the metadata describes the actual cartoons rather than promising content the playlist does not contain.

Should you turn the playlist into a YouTube Show?
If you want a series presentation and episode numbering, YouTube Studio’s Shows feature can add show features to a playlist. A serial show is intended for episodes watched in sequence; a non-serial show is for episodes viewers can watch in any order. YouTube says manually set playlist order is used to assign episode numbers when a playlist is converted. See YouTube Help’s guide to creating shows, and check the current Studio interface because features can change.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesIf you mean a continuous live cartoon channel
A playlist and a livestream are different products. For a live broadcast, YouTube documents mobile, webcam, and encoder streaming methods. Its current help guidance says the channel must be verified and must not have livestreaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days. The live workflow also calls for advance setup, checking preview and accessibility, testing failover, and continuously monitoring audio and video. See YouTube’s livestreaming tips and getting-started requirements.

Those requirements describe how to prepare and operate a live stream; they are not evidence that a stream will stay up without interruption for 24 hours a day. A live broadcast also does not remove the need to confirm that you have rights to show the cartoons.
Copyright and playlist policy checks
- Confirm your rights. The YouTube guidance cited here does not establish whether you own or have permission to broadcast any particular cartoon. Check the rights for every episode and follow applicable platform rules.
- Keep metadata accurate. Do not use a playlist title or description that misleads viewers about its contents.
- Review the collection as a whole. YouTube notes that a playlist can violate policy based on how its videos are grouped. Read its Playlists policy.
Common problems and what to check
- The playlist is not available to the intended viewers: revisit its privacy setting and sharing choices in YouTube’s playlist controls.
- Episodes play in an unwanted sequence: manually reorder the videos in the playlist and review the result from the beginning.
- Episode numbering does not match your plan: check the playlist order before using the Shows feature; YouTube uses manually set order to assign episode numbers during conversion.
- You cannot start a livestream: check channel verification and whether a livestream restriction applies within the preceding 90 days.
- A live stream is unstable or its audio/video has a problem: use YouTube’s live guidance to prepare the encoder or other streaming method in advance, test preview and failover, and monitor the broadcast. The cited guidance does not establish a guaranteed fix or uptime.
- A cartoon may not be cleared for use: verify your permission or other applicable rights before adding it to a playlist intended for broadcast or public viewing.
Or let it run in the cloud
If you specifically want uploaded cartoons to run as a continuous YouTube livestream, StreamNeo is an alternative: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. It loops uploaded videos from the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home; it streams the uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card. Monthly is $9.99 per month. StreamNeo plays uploaded videos to YouTube; it does not broadcast from a camera. Learn more at StreamNeo, or start the free first day.
