gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 runs at Bangkok’s Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) from 29 October to 1 November 2026. The public can enter the entertainment area from 30 October to 1 November with a ticket bought through the organiser’s official partner, Zipevent. A standard one-day pass costs 200 baht and a Fast Pass costs 300 baht, including 7% VAT.
Industry professionals have a separate business and conference programme on 29–30 October. That access requires an approved business-visitor, conference-delegate or VIP registration; a public entertainment ticket does not provide entry to the business area.

Public entertainment visitor
Choose this route if you want game demonstrations, entertainment programming and the public-facing show floor. The entertainment area is explicitly open to the public from 30 October through 1 November. You select one of those days when buying a one-day ticket. The ticket is not a pass for the business programme.
#1 Best Overall
- [CHOOSE YOUR THEME] Select "Birthday Pink" for elegant glitter party passes perfect for girls, spas, and red-carpet events, OR choose the "Hunter/Gamer" editions for immersive dark anime and system level-up themes.
- [PREMIUM ENVELOPES] Stand out from generic white envelopes. Our Movie/Gamer sets include 20 Luxurious Black Envelopes with Gold Borders, while the Birthday Pink set features 20 Creative "Open-Window" Sleeves that elegantly reveal the inner ticket.
- [HEAVYWEIGHT QUALITY] Both styles are crafted from 250g matte cardstock designed for a premium feel and easy writing. The thick paper prevents bending, and the non-glossy finish ensures your handwritten event details dry instantly without smudging.
- [STUNNING VISUAL EFFECTS] Elevate your invitations with style-specific details. The Birthday edition features real Hot Stamping Gold Foil text for a luxury shimmer, whereas the Gamer and Movie editions utilize high-definition printing to simulate glowing neon lights.
- [COMPLETE PARTY KIT] Every set includes 20 Invitation Tickets and 20 Matching Envelopes or Sleeves. Perfectly sized to fit in pockets or wallets like real event passes, making them ideal for kids, teens, and adults hosting any themed celebration.
Business visitor or conference delegate
Choose this route if you represent a game developer, publisher, platform, technology supplier, media organisation, investment firm or another industry role, or if you are attending the conference programme as a delegate. The organiser reviews eligibility before issuing business credentials. Apply through the business-registration process rather than buying an entertainment ticket.
Mixed groups
A group can contain both public visitors and industry attendees, but each person must hold the credential for the area they intend to enter. A public wristband cannot be used as a substitute for a business badge, and a business registration does not automatically provide an entertainment ticket for accompanying guests.
Public ticket prices, hours and what they cover
| Pass | Published price | Entry window | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Day Pass | 200 baht, including 7% VAT | 10:00–19:00 | Visitors who are happy to enter at the regular opening time |
| 1-Day Fast Pass | 300 baht, including 7% VAT | 09:30–19:00 | Visitors who want the earlier entry window |
Both products are single-day entertainment tickets. The published information does not state that either pass includes access to the industry area, conference sessions, special seating, merchandise or a guaranteed place in any particular activity. Treat the Fast Pass as an earlier-entry option, not as a business credential or an all-access upgrade.

The public entertainment area is scheduled for 30 October, 31 October and 1 November. The business and conference programme begins on 29 October, but that first day is not listed as a public-entertainment day.
How to buy an official public ticket
- Select your day and pass type. Decide whether you need the 10:00 opening of the standard pass or the 09:30 entry window of the Fast Pass, then choose one public-entertainment date from 30 October to 1 November 2026.
- Use Zipevent. Zipevent is the organiser’s official online ticketing partner. Buy through its event listing or the official ticket button supplied by the organiser, not through a resale marketplace.
- Complete payment and check the confirmation. Keep the confirmation email and the QR code available on your phone. The published prices already include 7% VAT; do not add VAT a second time when budgeting.
- Save an offline copy. Screenshot or download the QR code before leaving your hotel. A weak mobile signal at the venue should not prevent you from displaying the code, although the organiser may still require identity or order verification at registration.
- Arrive at QSNCC’s registration area. Present the ticket QR code. Public visitors exchange the ticket for an event wristband before entering the entertainment area.
Zipevent also sells tickets onsite on event days. Buying in advance is the safer option if you want a particular date or the Fast Pass, because onsite availability can change. The organiser warns that tickets from unofficial sellers may be rejected; a low resale price is not protection against being denied entry.
How industry professionals register
Business access is handled separately from public ticketing. Register as a business visitor, conference delegate or VIP through the organiser’s business-registration route. Your application is subject to eligibility checks, so allow time for approval before travelling.
- Choose the credential that matches your purpose. A business-visitor registration is for industry meetings and trade access; a conference-delegate registration is for the conference programme; VIP status is a separate category controlled by the organiser.
- Submit accurate professional details. Use your work identity and organisation information exactly as requested. An entertainment ticket cannot be converted into a business badge later.
- Wait for the QR confirmation. Keep the approved QR code in the confirmation email and bring it to Bangkok.
- Collect your badge at QSNCC. Business registrants go to the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1. Staff scan the QR confirmation and issue the badge used for business and conference access.
The organiser notes that onsite business-registration prices are higher than online prices. The available event information does not publish those onsite amounts, so register online if you need predictable costs. A business badge still does not replace any separate public ticket required for a companion who wants the entertainment area.
Getting to QSNCC in Bangkok
MRT: the simplest rail option
Take the MRT to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station and use Exit 3, the venue guidance’s specified exit. This is generally the clearest choice for visitors who want to avoid road traffic and arrive near the convention center entrance. Check the Bangkok MRT operating status and last-train times on your travel day, especially if you plan to stay until the 19:00 public closing time.
Bus
Bus routes 136 and 185 serve QSNCC. Bus journeys vary with Bangkok traffic, so allow more time than the timetable alone suggests. Confirm the direction and stop with the driver or a current transit app before boarding; the event information identifies the routes but does not provide a full stop-by-stop schedule.
Driving and parking
QSNCC lists venue parking availability from 05:00 to 24:00. That window covers early Fast Pass arrivals and departures after the public area closes, but it does not guarantee a space. If you drive, arrive early, follow the venue’s parking signs and keep your ticket QR code accessible while you move from the car park to registration. Parking fees are not stated in the event information, so treat them as an additional cost until QSNCC publishes the applicable rate.
Choosing between the options
- Use MRT when you want the most predictable arrival time and a direct station exit.
- Use a bus when your accommodation is already on route 136 or 185 and you can allow for traffic.
- Drive when carrying equipment or travelling with several people, but plan for possible congestion and limited spaces.
What happens when you arrive
Public visitors
Go to the event registration area with the Zipevent QR code. Staff scan the ticket and exchange it for a wristband. Put the wristband on before proceeding to the entertainment area; keeping the QR email after that is useful if staff need to verify your order later in the day.

Go to the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1, not the public-ticket queue. Present the approved QR confirmation so staff can issue your business badge. Wear the badge as directed while using conference and business facilities.

If your group has different credentials
Agree on a meeting point outside the registration queues. Public wristband collection and business-badge collection use different processes, so trying to register everyone at one desk can delay the group.
Plan your day around the four-day schedule
Thursday, 29 October
This is the first business and conference day. Public entertainment admission is not listed for this date. At 20:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7), PRIMETIME is scheduled for a one-hour livestream on major streaming platforms.
Friday, 30 October
This is the only date shared by both tracks: business and conference programming continues, while the public entertainment area opens. Industry attendees should use their business registration and badge; public visitors should use a dated entertainment ticket and wristband.

The entertainment area remains open to the public. A standard pass admits you from 10:00, while a Fast Pass provides the published 09:30 entry window. Business access is not described as part of the public ticket programme.
Sunday, 1 November
This is the final listed public-entertainment day. Leave enough time for registration before the 19:00 closing time; the published ticket hours do not state a later public entry period.

Neither public pass is described as a multi-day ticket. If you want to attend on more than one public day, check Zipevent for the correct quantity or product rather than assuming one QR code covers the whole event.
Budget and accommodation planning
Your confirmed event cost is the ticket price: 200 baht for a standard one-day pass or 300 baht for a Fast Pass, with 7% VAT included. Add your chosen transport, food and accommodation separately. QSNCC’s parking fee, public-transit fares and any hotel rates are not specified in the event information, so do not treat them as included in the ticket.
The organiser says preferred rates are available with selected hotels near QSNCC, but the available listing does not identify the hotels or publish partner terms. Verify any hotel offer through the organiser or the hotel itself before paying, and confirm the distance to the MRT station if you plan to use Exit 3.
Common mistakes that can prevent entry
- Arriving on 29 October with only a public ticket: the public entertainment area is scheduled from 30 October.
- Buying from an unofficial seller: the organiser warns that resale or unofficial tickets may be rejected.
- Assuming a Fast Pass grants business access: it only changes the published public entry window.
- Going to the wrong registration desk: public visitors collect wristbands; business registrants collect badges at Level 1 outside Plenary Hall 1.
- Relying on a phone with no backup: save the QR confirmation offline before travelling.
- Expecting one pass to cover several days: the listed products are 1-Day Passes.
- Planning a late arrival: public ticket hours end at 19:00, so allow time for transport and registration before closing.
Practical attendance checklists
Public visitor checklist
- Select 30 October, 31 October or 1 November.
- Choose the 200-baht standard pass or 300-baht Fast Pass.
- Buy through Zipevent, the official ticketing partner.
- Save the QR code and confirmation email offline.
- Plan MRT Exit 3, bus 136 or 185, or QSNCC parking.
- Arrive at registration, exchange the QR ticket for a wristband and keep it visible.
Business attendee checklist
- Apply as a business visitor, conference delegate or VIP.
- Wait for eligibility approval and the QR confirmation.
- Bring the confirmation to the Level 1 Registration Area outside Plenary Hall 1.
- Collect and wear the issued badge.
- Do not rely on a public entertainment ticket for business entry.
Remote viewer checklist
- Mark 29 October 2026 at 20:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7).
- Check which major streaming platform is carrying PRIMETIME.
- Test your connection and sign in before the 20:00 start.
If you cannot travel to Bangkok
PRIMETIME is scheduled for Thursday 29 October from 20:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time (GMT+7) on major streaming platforms. This gives remote viewers a way to follow the headline programme, but it is not described as a livestream of every public-floor activity or conference session. For the full in-person entertainment experience, you still need to attend QSNCC on a public day with a ticket.
The shortest reliable plan
For a public visit, buy the dated 1-Day Pass or Fast Pass through Zipevent, save the QR code, take the MRT to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station and use Exit 3, then exchange the ticket for a wristband at registration. For professional access, complete the organiser’s business or conference application in advance and collect your badge at Level 1 outside Plenary Hall 1. If travel is impossible, watch PRIMETIME online at 20:00 GMT+7 on 29 October.
