If ARC Raiders says your account is restricted, submit an appeal through Embark’s official ARC Raiders Support. Sign in with the Embark ID for the affected account, open the chat bubble at the lower right and choose Ban Appeals > Game Ban. Embark’s enforcement policy calls the option Ban Appeals > In-Game Ban, so the wording may vary. The official pages reviewed do not describe a separate public restriction-status lookup tool.
How to submit an ARC Raiders ban appeal
- Go to ARC Raiders Support.
- Sign in with the Embark ID associated with the restricted account.
- Open the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of the support page.
- Select Ban Appeals > Game Ban. Embark’s enforcement-policy page labels this category Ban Appeals > In-Game Ban. If the labels differ, use the live support center to find the ban-appeal option.
- Include the restriction notice or error message and any relevant context you believe may help explain what happened. Keep the account owner involved: Embark says account matters are generally discussed only with the account owner.
Embark’s Ban appeals guide, last updated February 19, 2026, says the restriction must still be active and permits one appeal per eligible restriction. Hardware restrictions are final and cannot be appealed. Submit the appeal while the restriction is active rather than waiting for it to expire.

How to tell whether your account is restricted
Use the ban or restriction notification you received as the clearest indication of the action taken. Embark says that notification reflects whether a ban is temporary or permanent. If an error message blocks access but does not make the situation clear, include the exact message when contacting support. The official pages reviewed do not describe a standalone public page for looking up restriction status; the support portal is the documented route for help understanding account access.

In its May 7, 2026 article “Ensuring Fair Play,” Embark’s Anti-Cheat Team states: “Every ban appeal is reviewed by a person on our team.” The statement does not promise a particular outcome or response time.
What kinds of restrictions Embark describes
Embark’s enforcement policy, last updated February 26, 2026, defines a ban in that policy as a temporary or permanent suspension of access under its Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. The examples below are not an exhaustive list:
- Cheats, hacks or third-party tools that affect gameplay, and attempts to bypass anti-cheat.
- Unfair exploitation of bugs or glitches.
- Abusive conduct, hate speech, harassment or stream sniping.
- Boosting or farming, sharing or selling accounts, and trading game items for anything of value.
The policy also warns that external software may interact with the game unintentionally and trigger an anti-cheat violation. It says serious violations can lead to bans across Embark titles, sufficiently serious conduct can result in hardware bans, and Steam Family Sharing may cause enforcement to affect accounts using the shared license.

Use the official appeal route and give Embark the restriction message and relevant context. Do not try to bypass the restriction, create another account to evade it, remove anti-cheat software, or pay a third-party service claiming it can unban you. Embark’s policy says account owners are responsible for their account’s security and activity; suspected compromise does not automatically cancel an enforcement action. If you believe another person accessed your account, secure the associated platform account using that platform’s official security guidance, then explain the suspected compromise in your appeal.

Why an appeal may not include detailed detection evidence
Embark says it does not disclose specific detection methods or detailed evidence because doing so could undermine the integrity of its security and anti-cheat systems. Its Anti-Cheat Team describes a system combining Easy Anti-Cheat kernel-level protection with machine-learning detection using player telemetry, while withholding some additional layers for operational security. The team also says input telemetry analysis is used and acknowledges accessibility devices as a difficult detection issue. An appeal can provide your account of what happened, but these policies do not promise disclosure of the specific signals behind an individual restriction.
