In Blogger, add the Blog List gadget from Layout → Add a Gadget to create a public blogroll. Its documented image option is an optional favicon—a small site icon—not a guaranteed large thumbnail or logo preview. If you need larger images, you will need a custom HTML/CSS list and should check how it looks in your theme.
The Blogger Help workflow is general rather than India-specific. Use the same steps for a blog operated in India, and confirm that the gadget and its display settings are available in your current account.

- Preview the published blog and check the result in your active theme.
Blogger Help documents the Layout and Add a Gadget workflow. The Official Blogger Blog described Blog List as a way to link to blogs, web pages, and feeds from a blog’s sidebar, with an optional favicon. That announcement dates to June 5, 2008, so treat its feature details as options to verify in the editor today rather than a guarantee that every account or theme exposes them.

What “thumbnail” means in Blog List
The documented visual option is a favicon: the small icon associated with a site. The available feature description does not promise larger thumbnail images, logo cards, or page-preview pictures for every linked website. Adding a favicon to your own Blogger site changes your blog’s identity; it does not establish that Blog List will show larger images for other sites.

The 2008 feature announcement also described feed-related details, including a linked blog’s latest update time, post title, and a snippet, along with sorting links alphabetically or by update time and hiding some links behind a “show all” link. Check the current Blog List editor for these controls before relying on them.
If you want larger custom images
If Blog List is missing from the gadget picker, or its favicon treatment is too small, a hand-built image-and-link list is the more flexible option. Blogger Help says authors can edit HTML or CSS from Theme and use widget tags for page elements such as pictures and a blogroll.
- Choose or prepare an image for each site and make each image link to the corresponding website.
- Add the list through a theme customization appropriate to your blog; HTML/CSS knowledge may be needed to control image size, spacing, and mobile layout.
- Preview the result in your current theme, including on narrow screens, and fix any broken image links or layout issues.
This is a manual customization, not an automatically generated thumbnail feature. Do not assume a site’s logo or image will be discovered and displayed for you. Blogger cautions that custom code and third-party widgets are added at the author’s own risk.

Do not confuse a blogroll with Blogger’s other follow features
A public blogroll is a curated list of links that visitors to your site can see. Blogger’s reading list is for you to follow blogs and read their latest posts from the Blogger dashboard; the Followers gadget lets other people follow your blog. Neither is the same thing as a public, curated blogroll.

ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server, not a Blogger blogroll gadget; it does not add thumbnails to a blogroll. If you also need to capture a page image, its one-request API can return a screenshot. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.
