It depends what you mean by “loop”: a YouTube playlist loop repeats videos in a playlist, while IRL Pro is a broadcast app and does not function as a YouTube playlist editor. If you mean an always-on live stream of prerecorded videos, that is a third, separate setup. These workflows are not interchangeable.
First identify which loop you mean

YouTube documents controls for repeating a playlist or a video within a playlist, but those controls do not add videos to the playlist. IRL Pro describes itself as a streaming app for broadcasting to YouTube and other destinations; its outgoing connection selects a broadcast destination rather than editing a YouTube playlist. YouTube Help explains playlist and video repeat controls, and IRL Pro describes its streaming app.

If you mean a regular YouTube playlist
Add the video to the relevant YouTube playlist using YouTube’s playlist controls, then open that playlist and enable Loop. YouTube Help describes repeating the playlist and repeating one video within a playlist. The help information cited here does not establish exact add-video steps or labels for each device, so use the playlist controls available in your YouTube app or browser rather than assuming one universal menu path.
If you mean a livestream sent through IRL Pro
Adding a video to a YouTube playlist will not change the content sent by an IRL Pro broadcast. A third-party setup guide describes preparing or selecting a live stream in YouTube Studio, then saving the YouTube RTMP URL and stream key as an outgoing IRL Pro connection. That is destination setup—not a method for adding video items to a playlist or creating a prerecorded loop. If you mean an always-on stream of prerecorded videos
FizzyPeak documents a separate 24/7 Loop feature with a VOD loop and a video playlist mode. That is distinct from both YouTube’s ordinary playlist repeat control and IRL Pro’s broadcast-destination setup. The available product documentation does not establish that arbitrary YouTube URLs can be added or provide complete steps for modifying an existing loop.
