Add and order the tracks, then choose whether they loop and set the playlist volume. Before streaming to YouTube, make sure the music license allows live-stream use; YouTube says Creator Music tracks cannot be used in live streams.
Add an Audio Playlist layer
- In LiveReacting Studio, click New Layer in the sidebar.
- Choose Audio, then Audio Playlist. The file manager opens so you can select available audio files.
- Use Add audio files to add tracks. They appear in the order selected. Drag the handle beside a track to change the order. Use the sidebar controls to play, rename, or remove a track.
The Audio Playlist queues audio tracks back-to-back during a live broadcast. Keep your video files in a separate Video Playlist layer, which queues videos in playback order.

Set looping, volume, and track display
Choose what happens after the last track
Turn on Play in loop to restart the playlist after its final track. Turn it off to stop playback at the end. LiveReacting’s component documentation says looping is enabled by default.
Adjust playlist volume
Use the volume control in the sidebar. The documented scale is 0–10, with a default of 6. Raising the volume above zero unmutes the layer.

Optionally show track information
You can enable the current track name, a progress bar, or cover image. The track-name style can also be customized; use these display options if they help viewers identify what is playing.
Make the playlist available across scenes
If your stream uses multiple scenes and you want the music layer in each, pin the playlist layer. LiveReacting’s setup guide describes pinning an Audio Playlist for use across scenes.

- Ultra-low noise analog mixer for streaming, podcasting and recording

Understand the one-audio-source limit
A scene can contain only one audio source at a time. If it already has an Audio File or another Audio Playlist layer, the Audio Playlist option is unavailable for that scene. Remove or replace the existing audio source if you want the playlist there.
Check music rights before a YouTube stream
A track being available for ordinary YouTube videos does not establish permission to use it in a live stream. YouTube’s Creator Music usage details say Creator Music tracks are for long-form videos and cannot be used in live streams or Shorts. The page states that Creator Music availability is for creators in the YouTube Partner Program in the United States, with expansion outside the U.S. pending.

YouTube says its Audio Library in YouTube Studio contains production music and sound effects it considers copyright-safe for YouTube. Some tracks require attribution under Creative Commons terms; check the attribution information provided with the track. YouTube cautions that it cannot vouch for music from other libraries or channels.
For each track, check the actual terms for the platform and live-stream use, as well as monetization, territory, attribution, and whether the license also covers a replay or VOD. A general “royalty-free” label by itself does not establish that all those uses are allowed.

- Music stops after the final track: Enable Play in loop if you want the playlist to start again automatically.
- No audio is heard: Check the playlist volume in the sidebar. The documented scale starts at 0, and a value above zero unmutes the layer.
- Tracks play in the wrong order: Drag the handle beside each track to reorder the playlist.
- Music is missing in another scene: Pin the playlist layer if it should appear across scenes.
Or let it run in the cloud
For a different kind of setup, StreamNeo keeps an uploaded-video YouTube stream running from the cloud: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. It is for uploaded videos, not camera streaming. Nothing has to stay on at home; your computer and home connection can be off. Each slot streams the uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price, and StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card. Monthly pricing is $9.99 per month. Start your free day with StreamNeo.
