How to decide whether a listing is a fair price
Compare copies with the same condition and contents, then consider the delivered cost. A disc-only listing is not directly comparable with a complete-in-box copy, and neither is directly comparable with a sealed or graded example.
- Condition: Check whether the listing is loose, complete with case and manual, sealed, or graded. Read the seller’s description and inspect photos for disc, case, and manual condition.
- Contents: Confirm exactly what is included. A Wii Wheel or other bundle item changes the comparison; do not treat a bundle sale as the price of the game alone.
- Functionality: Note whether the seller says the game was tested and working. “Tested” is useful listing information, but it does not establish that another copy is in the same condition.
- Total cost: Add shipping and any applicable taxes. A displayed sale amount alone does not establish what a particular buyer will pay to receive the game.
- Region: The dated examples and guide values above are for US Wii listings. PAL copies belong to a separate market; compare local listings in local currency rather than assuming the US figures apply.
Is Mario Kart Wii worth buying with a Wii Wheel?
The October 6 sale of a complete game with two original Nintendo steering wheels was $45, but it does not show that the wheels account for the full difference from game-only sales. Condition and other listing details may differ. Treat the wheel as bundle context, not as proof that it is required to play.

Nintendo’s general support guidance says Nintendo-released Wii control inputs—including the Wii Remote, Nunchuk, Classic Controller, and Wii Balance Board—are compatible with the Wii.
