Federico Viticci’s public description of his iOS 27 and iPadOS review confirms that he used Notion for research, writing, and editing, then exported the finished story to Markdown with a custom tool. The page also identifies a custom review system called Desk. The accessible portion does not reveal how its agents or local AI were configured, so those details cannot be stated reliably.
What the public description confirms
Viticci, MacStories’ founder and Editor-in-Chief, says he handled the review’s research, writing, and editing in Notion, as he had the previous year. For publication, a custom tool exported the completed story to Markdown. The article’s image caption refers to a Notion setup and Desk, a custom system for the iOS and iPadOS review. The public article page provides this overview before the rest of the article’s members-only section.

What is not documented in the accessible text
The article title names agents and local AI, but its accessible lead does not specify the agent roles, prompts, model, local hardware, or the review’s step-by-step workflow. Nor does it expose the full design of Desk or the Notion databases mentioned in the caption. Those specifics should not be inferred from the title or from what Notion’s software can do.
This distinction matters: the confirmed account is a Notion-centered editorial process with Markdown export; the implementation details behind “agents” and “local AI” remain unavailable in the public excerpt. The full article is members-only, so readers need access to it to learn those specifics.

What Notion’s current agent tools can do
Notion’s documentation describes ways to personalize Notion Agent with instructions, remembered notes, and selected workspace pages or connected sources. Its examples include organizing research PDFs, extracting findings and quotations, creating or editing pages, and searching connected tools and the web. These are documented product capabilities—not evidence that Viticci used any of them for this review.
Notion distinguishes its on-demand Agent from Custom Agents, which it describes as team workflows triggered by schedules or events. Its current documentation associates Custom Agents with Business and Enterprise plans and Notion credits; the page says a credit change begins May 4, 2026. Because plan access and credit terms can change, consult Notion’s current Custom Agents documentation for the latest conditions rather than treating them as fixed.

iOS 27 device context
Apple’s iOS 27 support guide says Apple Intelligence requires an eligible device: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or an iPhone 16 model or later. Availability also depends on supported language and region, usage limits may apply, and some server-side features have daily limits or may not be offered in every region or language. This is compatibility context for readers considering an iOS 27 review; it does not identify the device Viticci used. See Apple’s iOS 27 support guide for current availability details.
