Published Geekbench 6 results cluster around 870–890 single-core and 2,450 multi-core, but those scores come from different devices or submissions—not a guarantee for every T9100 phone.
UNISOC T9100 specifications
UNISOC’s product page describes the T9100 as a smartphone 5G system-on-chip. Its CPU uses three groups of cores: one high-frequency Cortex-A76, three additional Cortex-A76 cores and four efficiency-focused Cortex-A55 cores. The manufacturer’s listed specifications are:

| Specification | UNISOC listing |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing process | 6 nm |
| CPU | 1× Arm Cortex-A76 at 2.7 GHz + 3× Arm Cortex-A76 at 2.3 GHz + 4× Arm Cortex-A55 at 2.1 GHz |
| GPU | Arm Mali-G57; core count not stated in the product-parameter table |
| Memory | LPDDR4X, up to 2133 MHz |
| Storage support | eMMC 5.1 and UFS 3.1 |
| AI processor | 8.0 TOPS NPU |
| Display support | FHD+ at up to 120 Hz, or QHD+ at up to 60 Hz |
| Camera capability | Up to 108 MP |
| Video | 4K at 60 fps encode and decode |
| Cellular | 5G NR Release 15; dual-carrier aggregation; SA/NSA; LTE downlink Cat 15 and uplink Cat 18 |
| Wireless | Bluetooth 5.0; 802.11 b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi |
These are chip-level capabilities, not a promise that a phone maker will include every option. A handset may use different storage, display, camera or network configurations. UNISOC lists dual SIM and dual-5G standby support, but the phone’s implementation determines what users can actually access. UNISOC’s T9100 specification does not state the Mali-G57 core count, so it is safest not to infer one from the GPU name alone.
How fast is the T9100 in benchmarks?
Reported Geekbench 6 results place the T9100 in a fairly consistent range for CPU testing, while other scores depend on the benchmark version and test device. The following figures should be read with their source context, not as a definitive result every phone will reproduce.

| Notebookcheck reference device; UFS 3.1 and 8 GB RAM listed; page updated 2026-01-08 | Geekbench 6: 891 single-core, 2,450 multi-core; Geekbench 5: 639 single-core; AnTuTu v10 CPU: 187,892 |
| NanoReview listed Geekbench figures | Geekbench 6: 872 single-core, 2,451 multi-core |

Notebookcheck identifies the processor as “Unisoc T9100 (T820),” and its reference-device page reports the results above. NanoReview lists the two Geekbench 6 scores separately and displays AnTuTu 11 submissions ranging from 661,793 to 754,254, dated 2026-03-26 through 2026-09-12. Those are user-submitted device results, not a controlled lab average. Notebookcheck’s benchmark listing and NanoReview’s T9100 page provide the underlying context.
AnTuTu 10 and AnTuTu 11 use different test versions, so their totals should not be compared as if they shared one scale. Even results from the same benchmark can differ with device design, software, memory configuration, cooling and test conditions. Benchmark databases are useful reference points, not handset-level guarantees.

What do the scores mean for a phone?
Geekbench single-core and multi-core scores describe CPU workloads; they do not establish graphics performance, long-session speed, battery life or heat. The T9100’s published specifications support a broad picture of a mid-range CPU platform, but the available figures do not establish a controlled ranking against competing chips.

- For CPU comparisons, use the same Geekbench version and preferably identified retail phones tested under similar conditions.
- Assess graphics separately; a CPU score does not indicate how well games will run.
- For sustained workloads, look for handset-specific thermal and extended-load tests rather than extrapolating from a short benchmark run.
- Battery life depends on the whole phone, including its screen, modem, battery capacity, software and manufacturer tuning; no measured T9100 handset battery-life result is established here.
What features does the T9100 support?
UNISOC lists 5G NR dual-carrier aggregation, standalone and non-standalone modes, dual SIM and dual-5G standby. It also specifies display support up to FHD+ at 120 Hz or QHD+ at 60 Hz, 4K/60 video encoding and decoding, and camera support up to 108 MP. Those are platform ceilings or features; a phone’s camera sensor, display panel, modem setup and software determine which become available in a particular model.

The manufacturer also lists Vivimagic 6.0 imaging and an 8.0 TOPS NPU. UNISOC’s performance, power and security improvement claims are manufacturer-reported; its product page says its power and security data are based on company laboratory testing and can vary with version and test environment. The Chinese-language official specification describes the T9100 iSE security solution as combining a trusted execution environment with a separate hardware encryption/decryption engine. UNISOC’s Chinese-language specification provides that security description.
Which phones use the UNISOC T9100?
NanoReview associates the ZTE Nubia Neo 3 GT 5G with the T9100. That association does not confirm that every regional version has the same configuration, nor does it establish current availability or a particular seller’s listing. Check the exact model’s official specifications before treating the chip pairing as applicable to the phone you are considering.

Is T9100 the same as T820?
UNISOC’s current product page names the chip T9100. Notebookcheck uses the label “T9100 (T820)” and notes the former T820 name. That is a naming reference, not evidence that every listing using either name describes an identical retail phone configuration.
