In the June 2026 quarter, TCS reported a 24.0% operating margin, Infosys 21.1%, and Wipro 16.0% for its IT services segment. These are the latest figures in this comparison, but they cover different periods and margin definitions, so they show direction rather than a like-for-like ranking.

Who is growing faster?
Accenture’s FY26 local-currency revenue growth was 5%, compared with year-over-year growth of 2.7% at TCS, 2.4% at Infosys in constant currency, and 0.9% at Wipro’s IT services business in constant currency for Q1 FY27. Those numbers suggest stronger growth for Accenture in its reported period, but they are not a synchronized comparison: one is a full fiscal year and the others are one quarter. Currency basis and business scope also differ, particularly for Wipro, whose gross revenue and IT services revenue are distinct measures.

For the coming year, Accenture guided to FY27 local-currency growth of 3%–6%; Infosys guided to 1.5%–3.0% revenue growth for FY27. These outlook ranges are forward-looking company guidance, not realized results, and the available figures do not supply corresponding FY27 guidance for TCS or Wipro.
How the margin figures compare
Among the three June-quarter peers, TCS had the highest cited operating-margin figure at 24.0%, followed by Infosys at 21.1% and Wipro IT services at 16.0%. Accenture’s FY26 adjusted operating margin was 15.8%. The comparison is only directional: Accenture’s figure is adjusted and annual, while TCS and Infosys report operating margin and Wipro’s figure applies to its IT services segment.
#1 Best Overall
Accenture expects a 15.9%–16.1% adjusted operating margin in FY27. Infosys’s FY27 operating-margin guidance is 20%–22%; the different labels and definitions mean the two guidance ranges should not be treated as perfectly equivalent.
Bookings, contract value, and cash are different signals
Demand indicators offer additional context, but they measure different things: TCS reported total contract value (TCV), Infosys reported large-deal TCV, and Wipro reported large-deal bookings. A contract-value or bookings figure represents business secured under the company’s stated measure; it is not revenue recognized during that quarter. Do not rank the three figures as if each used an identical definition.
Rank #2
TCS also reported $1.310 billion in net cash from operations for Q1 FY27. Accenture’s FY27 free-cash-flow outlook is $11.0 billion–$11.8 billion for the full fiscal year, a forecast that cannot be directly compared with one quarter of another company’s operating cash flow.

What a fair comparison can—and cannot—say
- Revenue: State the period, growth basis, and business scope alongside each percentage. Constant-currency growth helps limit exchange-rate effects, but does not make different reporting periods equivalent.
- Margins: Keep adjusted, operating, net, and segment margins distinct; they answer different questions.
- Demand: Preserve the company’s label for TCV or bookings rather than treating these measures as interchangeable.
- Scale: Do not compare Accenture’s full-year revenue with the other companies’ quarterly revenue as though the figures cover the same length of time.
As of the latest reports included here, Accenture’s FY26 shows 5% local-currency growth, while TCS recorded the highest cited margin among the three June-quarter peers. A same-quarter comparison across all four would require Accenture’s Q1 FY27 results, which were not yet available at the reporting point for these figures.
