The HONOR X5d 4G is a 4G phone with a 6.74-inch 90Hz TFT LCD, a MediaTek Helio G81 octa-core processor, a 13MP rear camera and a 5260mAh typical battery. The configuration sold in Malaysia is 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. HONOR’s global page describes a 128GB version, so the storage figure you see depends on which market and SKU you are looking at. The sections below separate HONOR’s own claims from figures supplied by retailers and independent spec listings.
Which configuration you are looking at
Two HONOR sources describe the same model with different storage. HONOR’s Malaysia product page lists 64GB of storage with 4GB of physical RAM. A Malaysia retailer lists the X5d 4G as 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. HONOR’s global overview advertises a 128GB configuration. Before you compare specifications or buy, confirm the storage on the exact box, listing or model number you are considering, because a 64GB and a 128GB unit are not the same product.

Full specification table
The table separates figures that HONOR publishes from figures that come from a retailer or an independent specification listing. Where a value was not established by the source, the cell says so.

Memory: what RAM Turbo does and does not add
The Malaysia page describes the phone as having 4GB of physical RAM with 4GB RAM Turbo expansion, which HONOR presents as “8GB RAM in equivalence.” That figure describes memory management, not additional chips. The phone has 4GB of physical RAM. Do not read the 8GB number as an 8GB hardware specification when comparing against devices that list physical memory only.

Battery claims from HONOR
HONOR lists a 5260mAh typical capacity and a 5130mAh rated or minimum capacity. HONOR states that real results vary. Its other battery figures are company laboratory or simulated results, not independent tests:
- 20 hours of social-media browsing. HONOR’s footnote says this laboratory scenario used in-flight Wi-Fi, dynamic refresh rate, 200-nit brightness and volume at 8 bars.
- 61 hours of standby from a 10% charge in super power-saving mode. HONOR describes this as simulated.
- Above 87% capacity after 1000 charge cycles. HONOR says this is based on sampled cells and theoretical calculation under stated lab conditions.
No independent battery test of the X5d was identified in the sources reviewed, so these numbers should be read as manufacturer figures.

Expandable storage and the SIM tray
HONOR states that microSD cards up to 1TB are supported. The card is sold separately and is not in the box. An independent specification listing reports that the phone uses a shared SIM and microSD slot, which would mean you cannot run two SIM cards and a memory card at the same time. Check the tray on your unit before buying a card, and confirm whether your market uses the same arrangement.
Display and body figures from secondary sources
HONOR confirms the 6.74-inch size and 90Hz refresh rate. The 720 x 1600 resolution, the roughly 260 ppi pixel density, the 167 x 77 x 7.9 mm body and the 186g weight come from an independent specification listing. HONOR’s indexed Malaysia specification page did not show values for these fields, so treat them as secondary figures until you confirm them against the product sheet for your region.

Price and availability
Price information for the Malaysia market conflicts. A Maybank TreatsPoints listing showed RM499, discounted to RM495, when it was captured. TechNave’s Malaysia page reports MYR369. The two snapshots may reflect different dates or offers, so neither is a reliable current price. Check a live seller listing for the 4GB/64GB configuration before you buy, and confirm the warranty and included items with that seller.
HONOR’s own qualification
HONOR’s product page states: “The data on the above pages are theoretical values, which are obtained from HONOR’s internal labs under specific test environments (please refer to each specific description). Actual use may vary slightly due to individual differences in products, software versions, use conditions and environmental factors.”

Comparing X5d listings
When you compare X5d listings from different sellers, check the following in this order: storage capacity and market, physical RAM against RAM Turbo, refresh rate and resolution, rated against typical battery capacity, the SIM and microSD tray arrangement, what the box contains, and the current local price. The sources reviewed do not establish a performance ranking or a direct competitor comparison for this model.
