Honor has announced a China national-subsidy transaction price of 5,499 yuan for the WIN 2 gaming phone with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The announcement covers that specific configuration only; Honor has not yet published the regular (non-subsidized) price, prices for the other memory tiers, or an international retail plan.
What the 5,499-yuan price includes
The 5,499-yuan figure is the price after China’s national subsidy, as shown on an Honor company poster reported by IT之家 and Gizmochina on October 15, 2026. It is not a confirmed global MSRP and should not be treated as the phone’s standard price outside the subsidy program.

Because the subsidy-adjusted amount is the only figure disclosed, buyers should wait for the final retail announcement to learn the regular price, eligibility rules at checkout and the prices of the other four configurations. A China preorder campaign had accepted a 100-yuan deposit before final pricing was displayed, according to Notebookcheck’s October 14 report.

Hardware announced so far
The WIN 2 is positioned as a high-end gaming smartphone built around the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 platform. Honor and reports from IT之家 and Gizmochina also identify the following headline hardware:
- Display: 2K resolution with a 185Hz refresh rate.
- Cooling: dual-fan active cooling, intended to sustain performance during extended gaming sessions rather than relying only on a passive heat spreader.
- Battery: 10,100mAh capacity.
- Colors: Quick Black, Designated Win and Red/Blue Buff.
The 2K panel and 185Hz mode target fast competitive games, while the unusually large battery is aimed at reducing charging interruptions. Actual game frame rates, charging specifications, dimensions, weight and camera details had not been disclosed in the pricing reports, so those cannot yet be used to compare the phone with competing models.

China availability versus a global release
Current reporting confirms Chinese preorders and the October 21 China event, but Honor has not confirmed an international launch. There is also no confirmed Amazon listing for the WIN 2. A Chinese-market model could therefore be announced without receiving Google-supported distribution, local warranty coverage, network-band certification or an official price in your country.

Until Honor names specific markets, treat listings from import sellers as unofficial: check whether the handset has the correct bands for your carrier, whether its software supports your language and services, how warranty repairs work, and whether the national-subsidy price is unavailable to non-Chinese buyers.

Compatibility does not by itself confirm that every accessory will be bundled with the phone or sold in every region; bundle contents and accessory prices remain to be announced for the WIN 2 launch.
