XBREW says its proprietary pressure-swing adsorption (PSA) system pulls nitrogen from ambient air using a high-speed pump, multi-stage filtration and a molecular sieve. The company says the system produces 95% pure nitrogen, but that figure—and the machine’s pressure, output, noise, cleaning requirements, price and availability—remains a manufacturer claim rather than an independently verified test result.
What XBREW EverNitro is
EverNitro is XBREW’s home-focused nitro appliance. The concept is similar to a small countertop café system: prepare a base drink, infuse it with nitrogen, and pour it for the cascading foam and soft, silky texture associated with nitro beverages.

XBREW describes itself as a Shenzhen-based company working on nitro beverage machines, cold-brew coffee makers and coffee scales. Its stated aim is to bring barista-style nitro preparation to a kitchen or home bar while avoiding single-use gas containers.
The air-based nitrogen claim
According to XBREW, EverNitro uses pressure-swing adsorption. A pump moves room air through multiple filtration stages, then a molecular-sieve system separates nitrogen from the other gases. XBREW says the resulting nitrogen is 95% pure and that the process eliminates disposable canisters. Those are company-reported specifications, not independent laboratory findings.

- Nitro Nozzle - Being the most important part for the perfect pour, tumbling effect and head retention, our stainless steel Nitro Nozzle is designed to dispense cold brew with nitrogen. This creates a properly gentle pour which releases the nitrogen from the coffee and produces a slow cascading effect and settling process in the glass to obtain a dense, creamy, cascading head.
- Easy To Use - Steep coffee for 12 hours in the cold brew mason jar, pour cold brew into Nitro Kafo, inject with ONE nitro cartridge, shake, and pour yourself a velvety nitro cold brew. **NEW AND IMPROVED INSTRUCTIONS! Why nitrogen changes a drink
Nitrogen dissolves differently from carbon dioxide. When a nitrogenated drink is released through a restrictor or similar dispensing path, the gas forms very fine bubbles that create a visible cascade and a creamy mouthfeel. BROOD describes the result as “cascading foam” and a “uniquely silky mouthfeel.” The effect is most familiar in cold brew, but the same treatment can be applied to other beverages.
Can you make nitro coffee at home without cartridges?
Yes, in principle. An air-separation machine such as EverNitro generates its own nitrogen instead of relying on a disposable cartridge or an external tank. That changes the ownership model: you trade recurring gas-container purchases and disposal for an appliance that has a pump, filters and a separation system that must be cleaned and eventually serviced.

Cartridge-based home makers already establish that nitro preparation is practical outside a commercial draft system. NitroPress sells consumer nitro makers and a home cold-brew kit. Those products use a different nitrogen-supply approach, so their availability does not confirm EverNitro’s performance or operating cost.
What drinks could EverNitro handle?
XBREW presents EverNitro as a nitro-beverage machine rather than a coffee-only device. The broad use case includes cold brew and potentially other prepared drinks, but the company’s public material does not establish a complete supported-liquid list or operating recipe.

- Cocktails: Nitro service is used for some cocktails; compatibility with EverNitro should be confirmed in its manual.
- Other liquids: viscosity, pulp, sugar, acidity and solids can affect filtration, foaming and cleaning. Do not assume every beverage is approved.
How EverNitro compares with cartridge and tank systems
The meaningful comparison is not simply “new machine versus old machine.” It is an ongoing choice between an air-generating appliance and a stored-gas workflow.
| Factor | EverNitro-style PSA system | Disposable-cartridge or tank system |
|---|---|---|
| Nitrogen source | Ambient air processed through a pump, filters and molecular sieve, according to XBREW. | Purchased nitrogen cartridges or a refillable gas tank. |
| Waste model | XBREW says the design uses zero disposable canisters; filter and service needs are not stated. | Used cartridges or tank-refill logistics are part of ownership. |
| Drink range | Positioned as a nitro-beverage appliance; a complete EverNitro compatibility list is not stated. | Consumer products such as NitroPress are marketed for nitro drinks, with recipes and supported uses varying by model. |
| Consistency | Would depend on generated-gas purity, pressure control, temperature, recipe and pour hardware. Independent repeatability data is not available. | Depends on cartridge pressure, fill level, chilling and technique. |
| Maintenance | Expect cleaning and eventual attention to filters, pump and sieve, but XBREW has not publicly established a schedule in the available material. | Cleaning the vessel and dispensing parts is still required; gas containers must be replaced or refilled. |
| Price and availability | Current retail price, shipping regions, warranty and purchase status are not established. | Consumer nitro makers are an existing product category; model pricing and regional stock vary. |
| Footprint and workflow | A countertop electrical appliance, with pump noise and preparation time still unspecified. | Usually fewer powered components, but cartridges or tanks must be stored and handled. |

Is EverNitro available yet?
The researched company material confirms that XBREW has promoted EverNitro and displayed it at industry events, but it does not verify a current retail listing, active preorder, shipping geography or final consumer price. How to choose a home nitro maker now
Choose an air-generating system if
- You want to avoid routinely buying and discarding small gas cartridges.
- You are comfortable owning an appliance with filters, a pump and possible service parts.
- You value a countertop workflow and are willing to wait for verified availability and specifications.
Choose a cartridge-based maker if
- You need a consumer product that is already sold through established channels.
- You make small batches and prefer a simpler, non-generator setup.
- You accept recurring cartridge purchases and the associated disposal or refill logistics.
Questions to ask any seller
- What exact liquids and serving sizes are approved?
- What pressure and temperature ranges produce the advertised pour?
- How often must every filter and gas-contact component be replaced?
- What happens if the pump, sieve or dispensing valve fails?
- Can the seller ship legally and economically to your location?
Bottom line for home brewers
EverNitro is an interesting answer to a real home-bar problem: making nitro drinks without disposable nitrogen cartridges. XBREW’s PSA approach is technically plausible and clearly differentiated, and the company has positioned the machine for more than coffee. However, the information currently available establishes the concept and the company’s claims—not independent performance, ownership cost or confirmed retail access. If you need a nitro maker today, compare established consumer products such as NitroPress; if EverNitro interests you, wait for verified specifications, service terms and shipping details before treating the 95% purity or zero-canister claims as proven buying advantages.
