Holafly Ultra is the closest verified match for an unlimited travel eSIM bundled with luggage and health support—but it does not locate your suitcase. Holafly describes luggage protection and help with claims; a separate physical tracker is what can show a bag’s location. Its health features include doctor chat and wellbeing tools, not a promise of emergency care or clinical diagnosis.
What Holafly Ultra includes
Holafly describes Ultra as an eSIM plan with unlimited data at speeds up to 5G in more than 160 destinations. The company also lists a local phone number and unlimited hotspot sharing. These are vendor-published features, not results from an independent performance test; actual service depends on destination, network availability and the plan’s current terms.

The plan page lists €84.90 per month for Ultra and €59.95 per month for a plan called Unlimited. Those are the prices shown on the current page described here, and prices can change. The available information does not establish which benefits the lower-priced Unlimited plan includes, or detail billing, eligibility, refund rules or any fair-use conditions. Check the terms and price for your destination before buying.

Does the eSIM track your luggage?
No. An eSIM provides mobile connectivity; it is not a GPS or Bluetooth locator. Holafly’s luggage benefit is described as protection and claim handling for baggage that is lost, delayed or damaged. That may help with the process after a problem, but it does not show where a suitcase is in real time.
For location, use a separate physical Bluetooth tracker tag or GPS tracker. For example, NOBL Air+ is described as a separate tracker that pairs with NOBL luggage and an app. A tag’s usefulness depends on its tracking technology and the surrounding devices or network; it is not the same service as baggage protection. Check the airline’s current rules for tracker batteries and carriage before flying. IATA’s 2023 white paper on personal Bluetooth baggage trackers also discusses passenger awareness and communication challenges during air travel.

What does the health support do?
Holafly lists 24/7 doctor chat, mental-wellbeing support, and nutrition and training features. These are support services bundled with the travel plan; the description does not establish that they provide emergency treatment, clinical diagnosis or continuous monitoring of your health. Do not rely on chat or wellbeing features in an emergency.
TravelCarePlans is a separate service, not a Holafly Ultra feature. It markets personalized travel-health plans for international travelers with pre-existing conditions and an AI nursing assistant. Its scope, availability and terms should be checked directly, and it should not be treated as emergency care or a substitute for a clinician.

Who should consider Ultra?
- Consider it if you want one travel plan that combines connectivity with some baggage-claim and health-support features, and the current price and destination coverage suit your trip.
- Add a separate tracker if your priority is finding a bag’s location. Protection against loss or delay and live location tracking solve different problems.
- Check alternatives carefully if you need a specific coverage area, a particular health service, or documented rules for refunds, eligibility, support languages or baggage claims. Those details are not established by the product description summarized here.
What to check before buying
- Confirm that your destination is among the plan’s currently covered locations and review the network and speed details for that trip.
- Check that your phone supports eSIMs and review the current plan terms, including hotspot use, phone-number details, billing, refunds and any fair-use limits.
- Read the luggage-benefit terms to learn what counts as lost, delayed or damaged baggage, what evidence a claim requires, and who handles it.
- Review the health-service scope and geographic availability. If you have a medical condition or need care, confirm that the service is appropriate for your situation rather than assuming the bundle covers it.
- If location tracking matters, choose a separate tracker and check its app, tracking method and airline battery rules.
Holafly’s phrase “Stay connected, protected, & supported wherever you go” is promotional wording. The practical distinction is more specific: the eSIM connects you, the bundled services may assist with claims and wellbeing, and a separate tracker can help locate a bag.
