HOHOTIME describes its AI Smart Training Station as a four-arm digital-resistance home gym with a touchscreen, training software and a claimed 150° arm range of motion. Its listed maximum is 30 kg of digital resistance per arm and 120 kg overall—not a mechanical load-bearing rating. The vendor is advertising a $9.90 deposit toward a stated $2,699 Kickstarter reward, but the purchase page is ambiguous about whether the campaign is live. Treat the specifications, offer and planned shipping date as company statements, not independently verified performance or delivery results.
What the HOHOTIME station is—and how its four arms are meant to work
This is a powered resistance-training station, not a rack of conventional dumbbells or a set of free-weight plates. HOHOTIME describes four independently operating force arms and several selectable resistance modes. Its product-introduction page claims a 150° range of motion and says the system covers many dumbbell, barbell and machine exercises. Those descriptions explain the intended design; they do not establish that every advertised exercise is practical or has been independently tested.

The company lists constant force, “hydrodynamicresistance,” wind resistance and elastic rope modes. Its purchase page also says users can combine movements in custom workouts and supersets. These are vendor-described features, and the pages do not independently demonstrate how each mode feels or performs under load.

HOHOTIME’s current product page lists a maximum of 30 kg of tension per arm and 120 kg of maximum overall digital resistance, with minimum adjustments of 0.5 kg. The FAQ explicitly warns that digital resistance is not the same thing as the machine’s mechanical structural load-bearing capacity. Do not interpret the 120 kg figure as a structural rating or assume four arms can each deliver their maximum simultaneously in every workout configuration.

| Package dimensions | 1890 × 290 × 380 mm in the specification list; the FAQ separately discusses carton dimensions and base versus premium packaging |
The listed package information is not fully consistent, so anyone planning a delivery route or installation should ask the seller for the exact carton dimensions and packaging for the selected configuration.
Will it fit in a home gym?
HOHOTIME promotes a 1 m² footprint, but the explicit in-use measurements are more useful for deciding whether it will fit. At 2170 mm tall and 1270 mm deep, the station needs suitable ceiling clearance and enough room for the arms and the user’s movement. The folded dimensions reduce its depth to 725 mm, but it remains 1760 mm tall and 1070 mm wide. The listed weight discrepancy—104 kg in the FAQ versus 106 kg in the specifications—also matters when moving or positioning it.

What the AI and training features include
The purchase page advertises more than 860 movements, a camera-based coach that tracks 42 skeletal points, and controls through buttons, touchscreen and voice. HOHOTIME also describes custom workouts, supersets, an app, community and gamification features, and support for external body analyzers and heart-rate bracelets. The listed pages do not establish which external devices are compatible, whether all software features are currently available in every region, or how accurately the coaching works.

How does the AI realize posture correction during workouts?
HOHOTIME says its camera performs 42-point skeletal tracking to analyze posture in real time. That is the company’s description of the feature, not independent evidence of tracking accuracy or injury prevention. A camera-based form prompt should not be treated as a substitute for qualified coaching or medical advice.

Is there a monthly subscription fee, and does it work without internet?
The FAQ says AI and course features are included for lifetime use without a monthly subscription charge. It also says AI-driven courses will not run offline, although users can manually set resistance for freestyle strength training. The pages do not clarify all account, app, connectivity or future software-support conditions, so buyers should confirm those terms before paying.
Accessories and exercise coverage
The product introduction names a T-bar, adjustable waistband, non-slip gloves and a scapular-stabilizing bench. The purchase page refers to five proprietary accessory sets but does not clearly reconcile that count with the named items or specify what ships with each bundle. Confirm the exact accessories in the chosen configuration; the available product information does not establish that generic third-party accessories are compatible.

HOHOTIME also claims the system can replicate 90% of gym dumbbell, barbell and machine exercises and markets it as equivalent to 60 traditional gym machines. These are promotional claims, not independently measured exercise-coverage results. The available evidence does not establish that the station can replace a full gym for every user, sport or training program.

The same page says shipping is scheduled to begin at the end of December 2026. It states that installment backers must settle the full amount, submit a complete address, and pay shipping and customs duties before shipment. The page does not fully resolve shipping geography, final landed cost, deposit refund conditions, warranty or support terms, or whether the schedule will be met. Confirm these points for your location and keep a record of the terms shown when ordering.
What is—and is not—independently established
The listed specifications, software descriptions, campaign offer and shipping schedule come from HOHOTIME’s own pages. No independent performance or safety test, detailed certification record, live campaign verification or buyer delivery evidence is established here. The homepage mentions ISO quality-management certification and 22 technical patents, while the product introduction says nearly 22 patent applications; the company pages reviewed do not provide enough documentation to independently verify the certification details or patent coverage.
For a meaningful comparison with another smart gym, compare resistance per arm and overall, arm layout and movement range, actual room and delivery requirements, offline behavior and subscription terms, bundle contents, and the total delivered cost. Treat unverified exercise-equivalence, safety and replacement claims separately from the machine’s listed specifications.
