High 5 Casino’s Sweepstakes Official Rules dated June 26, 2026, do not list Georgia as an excluded state. That indicates the operator’s stated eligibility position; it is not a ruling by a Georgia court or regulator that the service is lawful. Georgia’s gambling laws involve the promotion’s actual mechanics, including consideration, chance and prizes, and the available sources do not resolve how those laws apply to High 5’s current model.
Can you play High 5 Casino in Georgia?
According to High 5 Casino’s published rules, Georgia is not among the excluded states. The same rules say participation is void where prohibited by law, so the omission does not guarantee that every aspect of the service is lawful in Georgia.

The Sweepstakes Official Rules reviewed are version 43.0, dated June 26, 2026. They say entry is open to eligible legal U.S. residents who are at least 21, subject to the listed state exclusions and other rules. Check the current official rules before creating or using an account, since the operator can change its terms and eligibility list.

What High 5 says about its sweepstakes model
High 5’s Terms of Use characterize its service as not offering “real money gambling” and state that no actual money is required to play. Those are the operator’s descriptions, not an independent legal finding. The Terms of Use reviewed are version 45.0, dated June 26, 2026.

The official rules also state: “NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.” A no-purchase entry method is relevant to how a promotion is structured, but the statement alone does not settle its legal status under Georgia law.
How Georgia law frames the question
Georgia Code § 16-12-20 defines a bet in relation to chance and something of value, and defines a lottery by reference to prizes distributed by chance among people who paid or promised consideration. It also addresses certain paid electronic games of chance and exceptions for qualifying promotions. The relevant issue is how a particular offering works in practice, not simply what the operator calls it. See the 2025 reproduction of Georgia Code § 16-12-20.

Georgia Code § 16-12-22 addresses commercial gambling. The code-page annotations include older Attorney General opinions involving lotteries and sweepstakes, but they are not a current decision about High 5 Casino. The reviewed sources do not show a Georgia court or regulator specifically deciding whether High 5’s present sweepstakes model complies with state law. See the 2025 reproduction of Georgia Code § 16-12-22.
