HERZ P1 may appeal if its advertised longer battery interval and no-subscription offer matter more—but its FAQ says not to use it for swimming or hot showers. Neither product has an independent head-to-head accuracy or battery test established here, so the published specifications should not be mistaken for comparative test results.

Which one is safer for water use?
HERZ P1: keep it to splashes and sweat
HERZ P1’s FAQ states, “It’s splash- and sweat-resistant but not suitable for swimming or hot showers.” The product page also uses broader waterproof language and includes “Waterproof up to 164 ft” artwork, but that conflicts with the FAQ’s specific use restriction. For practical decisions, follow the FAQ and confirm the rating with the seller before exposing the band to water.
Inspire 3: shallow water, with limits
Google lists Inspire 3 as water resistant to 50 meters and says it is designed for shallow-water use. The same product information warns against high-velocity or high-temperature water activities. Water resistance does not mean every included or replacement band is suitable for water: Google notes that some bands are not water resistant.

How do battery life and charging compare?
HERZ P1’s FAQ, last updated January 20, 2026, gives an estimate of about 25–30 days of use, up to 60 days in standby, and around 1.5 hours for a full charge. Google lists up to 10 days for Inspire 3 and about two hours for a full charge. Google cautions that actual battery life depends on use, settings, and other factors, and says certain features—such as SpO2—use more power and require more frequent charging.
These are manufacturer-published estimates, not independently measured results. The brands do not establish that their figures use matching conditions, so do not read the difference as a guaranteed real-world advantage. If charging frequency is your main concern, HERZ P1’s claim is more ambitious; if you choose Inspire 3, expect battery life to vary with enabled features and settings.
What do you see and control on the band?
Google specifies a color AMOLED display and Gorilla Glass 3 for Inspire 3, making its on-device screen a documented advantage for people who want to check information on their wrist. HERZ P1’s published materials emphasize its companion app and tracked data but do not establish a comparable display specification. That is a difference in what the cited product information documents, not proof that HERZ P1 has no display.
Which app and phone requirements should you check?
HERZ P1 and QRing
HERZ P1 identifies QRing as its companion app and says the band works with iOS and Android. Its FAQ describes call, message, and app notifications. The cited HERZ P1 information does not state minimum operating-system versions, so check QRing’s current listing and the seller’s compatibility information for your phone before buying.
Inspire 3 and Google Health
Google requires the Google Health app, iOS 16.4 or later or Android 11 or later, Bluetooth LE, and an internet connection for syncing. Some features, including smartphone notifications, may require Android 11 or later. Google lists the tracker, small and large wristbands, and a charging cable in the box.

Are the health and activity features equivalent?
HERZ P1’s product information describes 24/7 tracking and metrics including heart rate, HRV, stress, sleep, SpO2, temperature, and activity, alongside more than 100 sports modes. Inspire 3’s published feature set includes exercise modes, heart-rate zones, sleep stages and score, stress-management score, notifications, and other app-connected features.
A longer feature list does not establish that a sensor is more accurate or that a sleep or stress score is clinically valid. Google explicitly says SpO2 data and certain other feature data are not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition. Its product information also says SpO2 and skin-temperature features vary by market; skin-temperature data show variation and are not for medical purposes. Treat both companies’ wellness metrics as product features, not diagnoses or proof of clinical accuracy.

Detailed score breakdowns or wellness reports require Google Health Premium, so check current regional availability and membership terms rather than assuming every feature is available everywhere or permanently free. HERZ P1 advertises no subscription fees; that is the brand’s published offer, not an independent assessment of app terms.
Which tracker should you choose?
Choose Fitbit Inspire 3 if you want
- A documented color AMOLED screen and specified on-device display hardware.
- Published water resistance for shallow-water use, while observing Google’s water-activity and band restrictions.
- A more fully described app feature set, provided your phone meets Google’s operating-system requirements and the features you want are available in your country.
Consider HERZ P1 if you want
- To weigh its manufacturer-advertised longer battery interval and no-subscription offer heavily.
- A tracker whose advertised feature set includes more than 100 sports modes and QRing support for iOS and Android.
- A band you can keep out of swimming and hot showers, in line with its FAQ’s explicit warning.
Before buying, compare current prices in your market: HERZ P1’s cited $59.99 listing was a time-sensitive US promotion, and a current Inspire 3 price is not established here. Neither the specifications nor feature lists support a claim that one tracker is more accurate, durable, or medically useful than the other.
