UNISOC T7250 looks stronger on paper, chiefly because its CPU combines two Cortex-A75 cores with six Cortex-A55 cores, while the Helio G37 uses eight older Cortex-A53 cores. The T7250 also lists Mali-G57 graphics and support for faster storage options. Published benchmark results lean the same way, but they come from different devices and test methods, so they do not establish a precise real-world performance advantage.
At a glance: T7250 has the stronger published spec sheet
The main difference is the CPU core design. The T7250 pairs two higher-performance Cortex-A75 cores with six Cortex-A55 cores. The Helio G37 uses four Cortex-A53 cores at a higher listed clock and four more at a lower clock. Clock speed alone does not determine performance: core architecture and the handset’s cooling, memory, software and power settings also matter.

Both chips are listed on a 12 nm process. UNISOC specifies the T7250 with Mali-G57 graphics, LPDDR4X memory up to 1866 MHz, and support for eMMC 5.1 or UFS 2.2/2.1 storage. The Helio G37 specification listing names PowerVR GE8320 graphics and LPDDR4X memory. The available G37 sources do not establish its storage support or a comparable set of display and video capabilities.

UNISOC’s product page says the T7250 supports 720p and 1080p display screens and a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. Its detailed parameter table qualifies this: FHD+ is listed at up to 60 fps, while HD+ is listed at up to 120 fps. That is a chip capability, not a guarantee that every T7250 phone has a 120 Hz screen.

Benchmark results: indicative, not a head-to-head test
The available scores point toward the T7250, but they were not produced in a controlled comparison using the same handset conditions, software and benchmark versions. Treat them as examples reported by separate sources, not as a guaranteed score or a reliable percentage lead for every phone.
| Chip and source | Reported result | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| UNISOC T7250, 91mobiles | AnTuTu: 381,574; Geekbench: 441 single-core / 1,480 multi-core | Reported on the 91mobiles processor page; not matched against a G37 phone under the same conditions. |
| Helio G37, NanoReview | Geekbench 6: 198 single-core / 868 multi-core | Published G37 figures; the available source set does not establish a same-device comparison with the T7250 scores above. |
| Helio G37, NanoReview | AnTuTu 11: 215,798, user submission dated 2026-06-04; another submission is 194,025, dated 2026-02-04 | These are reported user submissions, not a controlled laboratory average. |
| Helio G37, AnTuTu ranking page | 107,823 total: 95,634 CPU and 12,189 GPU | A separate ranking presentation; it should not be merged with NanoReview’s AnTuTu 11 user submissions. |
Benchmark versions and scoring methods differ, and phone configuration, thermals and software can affect results. In particular, the available scores cannot establish an exact T7250-versus-G37 advantage in everyday use, gaming frame rate or sustained performance.

Which chip is better for gaming?
The T7250 has the more promising published graphics specification: UNISOC lists a Mali-G57 up to 850 MHz, while NanoReview lists the Helio G37’s PowerVR GE8320 at 680 MHz. That comparison is useful as a specification-level signal, but it does not predict a particular game’s frame rate. The complete phone matters, including its RAM, display resolution, cooling and software settings.
No matched consumer test establishes battery life, sustained gaming temperatures or exact game performance for phones using these two chips. If gaming is important, compare tests and reviews of the specific handset models you are considering rather than relying on the processor name alone.

What the comparison means when choosing a phone
On chip specifications alone, the T7250 is the stronger pick: its newer CPU core mix and listed graphics and storage capabilities give it an apparent hardware advantage. That is not enough to decide between two phones, because the available benchmark results are not a controlled comparison and the handset can change the experience substantially.
- Compare the actual RAM and storage capacity, not just the memory or storage types the chip can support.
- Check the screen resolution and refresh rate; the phone maker decides which display the device actually includes.
- Look for reviews of the exact model for sustained performance, heat and battery behavior.
- Consider software support, price and local availability, which are properties of the handset and market rather than the SoC.
MediaTek identifies the Infinix Hot 30i as a Helio G37 phone. The sources cited here do not verify a named T7250 handset, so there is no grounded handset-to-handset pairing to use for this comparison.
