No official Fortnite tease for One Piece or Chainsaw Man is established by the available evidence. One Piece has been the subject of leak reporting, while Chainsaw Man appears in fan speculation. Epic’s October 1, 2026 Fortnitemares announcement does not name either series.
What did Epic officially announce?
Epic Games’ October 1, 2026 announcement for Fortnitemares 2026 describes that event’s content and named collaborations. It does not mention One Piece or Chainsaw Man. Read Epic’s Fortnitemares announcement.

That post is evidence of what Epic announced in that specific update; it does not rule out a separate announcement elsewhere. But it is not confirmation of either collaboration.
Why are players connecting Fortnite to One Piece?
A Reddit discussion interprets a purported line about AMIE wanting to ride on a boat as a possible One Piece clue. That reading is community speculation, not verified evidence of Epic’s intent. The dialogue has not been authenticated against an official transcript in the sources reviewed, so it should not be treated as a confirmed teaser. See the Reddit discussion.
