Maceo-Robert was born on October 5, 2013. He is Berry and Martinez’s son. The Los Angeles Times reports that the couple’s 2023 divorce agreement established joint custody. The agreement also required Berry to pay $8,000 per month in child support, plus 4.3% of income above $2 million. Those were terms of the earlier divorce agreement; they do not establish the truth of the current allegation.
What has Olivier Martinez accused Halle Berry of?
In reporting published October 2, 2026, the Los Angeles Times said Martinez’s court filing alleged Berry physically abused Maceo during an incident on September 26, 2026. Martinez reportedly requested a domestic-violence restraining order and sole legal and physical custody. These are claims and requests described in news coverage, not established facts. Global News also reported a temporary order and schedule, while noting it had not independently viewed the court documents and relied on reporting by People, USA Today, and Variety.
