For Indian pilgrims selected through the Haj Committee of India (HCoI), the remaining Haj 2027 balance is due in two instalments. The second, remaining-balance payment is tentatively due by 31 December 2026; HCoI warns that missing the communicated deadline may lead to cancellation of the Haj seat. This schedule is specific to HCoI’s Haj 2027 (1448 Hijri) programme, not every Hajj booking worldwide.
When is the last date to pay the second Hajj 2027 instalment?
HCoI’s Haj 2027 (1448 Hijri) guidelines set 31 December 2026 as the tentative due date for the remaining balance. HCoI says it will communicate payment dates and instructions through later circulars. Treat the date as provisional and check the latest HCoI notice and your account status before paying.

Can Hajj seat selection be cancelled for missing payment?
Yes. HCoI warns that failure to pay by the due date may lead to cancellation of the Haj seat. Its guidelines also state that selection is cancelled if an applicant does not submit required documents or payment by the deadline. Follow the date and instructions in the latest official communication rather than assuming the tentative date is the only relevant notice.
Payment alone does not guarantee a seat. HCoI says misleading, false or incomplete information or documents can result in cancellation at any stage, including at embarkation.

How much will the second instalment cost?
The final amount is not established in the cited guidelines. HCoI says it will communicate an estimate for Saudi arrangements in due course, and that an increase in exchange rates may result in an additional charge. The second instalment is the remaining balance after the first balance payment; do not treat Rs. 1,25,000 as its amount.

No. Saudi Nusuk information about a 72-hour payment window, later shortened to six hours, concerns a separate domestic-pilgrim booking process for 1447 AH. It is not the HCoI instalment schedule for Indian pilgrims travelling under the 1448 AH Haj 2027 programme. Use the rules of the programme through which you applied.
