That is a personal impression of volume and texture—not proof that the serum produced new hair growth. Vegamour recommends three to six months of consistent use for best results, so one month is an early check-in, not a verdict.
What I noticed after one month
The change I noticed was in how full my hair looked and how thick it felt. I would describe the results as promising, but I can’t say from appearance alone that I had new growth, or that the serum caused the difference. Styling, lighting, and how recently hair was washed can affect how volume and thickness appear; I’m not treating those factors as controlled measurements.

Vegamour GRO Hair Serum is a leave-in product applied to the scalp. The brand’s EU product page directs users to apply a dropperful daily, massage it in, use it on wet or dry hair, and leave it in without rinsing. Follow the directions on your own bottle, since formula and packaging details can vary by market and change over time. What Vegamour’s study figures do—and don’t—show
Vegamour reports that, in a 120-day consumer-perception study involving 40 participants who used GRO Hair Serum once daily, 93% saw less shedding, 90% saw an improvement in the appearance of their hair, and 83% said their hair felt stronger. These are brand-reported perceptions from a four-month study—not one-month results, quantified hair-growth measurements, or proof that an individual user will have the same experience. The product page does not state the study’s publication year; 2026 is the year it was accessed, not the study year. Vegamour’s page gives the study context.
Sephora also lists the product and repeats the study qualification, but that retailer listing is not independent confirmation of the results. Sephora’s listing is useful for cross-checking product identity, not for establishing separate clinical evidence.

No independent peer-reviewed trial of the exact finished serum formula was identified in the search underlying this account. That does not establish that no such trial exists; it means the evidence discussed here should be read as the brand’s reported consumer perceptions and my own observation, not as independently verified clinical proof.

Why one month is too soon to judge lasting change
Vegamour says, “For best results, we recommend 3-6 months of consistent use.” That is the brand’s recommended evaluation period, not a promise of results. A month can tell me what I noticed about appearance and feel, but it cannot settle whether a change will last or whether new hair has grown. The company’s cited study also ran for 120 days, rather than one month.
